本实用新型公开了一种一次成型多个钢质踏步的模具结构，其设有模具底座，模具底座的上表面中部设有与钢质踏步折弯尺寸一致的开口，开口内设有可上下伸缩的活动块，所述活动块的上表面与模具底座的上表面齐平，所述活动块的上表面、模具底座的上表面左右两侧都设有两个以上容纳钢条的凹槽，所述模具底座的前后两侧还设有对活动块限位的挡板。本实用新型可以同时加工多个钢质踏步零件，生产加工操作方便，加工大大效率高，减少了零件的加工成本，适合大量生产。

本实用新型涉及踏步零件成型模具技术领域，尤其涉及一种一次成型多个钢质踏步的模具结构。
背景技术
船舶用钢质踏步是一种安装于船舶狭小部位或桅柱上，供人员上下时蹬踏的弓形短杆，这种船舶用钢质踏步一般是将钢条通过模具一次弯曲成型加工得到，现有的钢质踏步的成型模具一般一次只能固定加工一个钢质踏步零件，其加工效率低，不利于大量生产。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种加工效率高、制作成本低的一次成型多个钢质踏步的模具结构。
本实用新型为达到上述技术目的所采用的技术方案是：一种一次成型多个钢质踏步的模具结构，其设有模具底座，模具底座的上表面中部设有与钢质踏步折弯尺寸一致的开口，开口内设有可上下伸缩的活动块，所述活动块的上表面与模具底座的上表面齐平，所述活动块的上表面、模具底座的上表面左右两侧都设有两个以上容纳钢条的凹槽，所述模具底座的前后两侧还设有对活动块限位的挡板；加工钢质踏步零件时，在模具的凹槽中放入相应的钢条，当成型机的上压头向下对钢条进行折弯时，活动块跟随钢条一起向下运动，下降到位后，成型机的上压头抬起，活动块跟随上升，将成型好的钢质踏步零件顶上来，方便卸料。
所述活动块的底部设有压缩弹簧。
所述凹槽的数量为五个。
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用上述结构，一副成型模具中可以同时加工多个钢质踏步零件，生产加工操作方便，加工大大效率高，减少了零件的加工成本，适合大量生产。

请参阅图1及图2所示，本实用新型设有模具底座1，模具底座1的上表面11中部设有与钢质踏步折弯尺寸一致的开口12，开口12内设有可上下伸缩的活动块2，所述活动块2的上表面21与模具底座1的上表面11齐平，所述活动块2的上表面21、模具底座1的上表面11左右两侧都设有两个以上容纳钢条的凹槽3，所述模具底座1的前后两侧还设有对活动块限位的挡板4；加工钢质踏步零件时，在模具的凹槽3中放入相应的钢条，当成型机的上压头向下对钢条进行折弯时，活动块2跟随钢条一起向下运动，下降到位后，成型机的上压头抬起，活动块2跟随上升，将成型好的钢质踏步零件顶上来，方便卸料。
所述活动块2的底部设有压缩弹簧22。
所述凹槽3的数量为五个。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次成型多个钢质踏步的模具结构，其特征在于：所述活动块的底部设有压缩弹簧。
