Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种饲草打捆机用的卸包装置，它包括机架、油缸、压板、托板和一侧开门的箱体，在箱体内腔两侧壁上对称设置有导轨，在压板下部两侧通过插销分别设置有立式夹板，立式夹板沿导轨上下移动，使饲草包与箱体内腔的两侧壁形成间隙，方便把饲草包拉出箱体。本实用新型解决了现有单箱或双箱式打捆机卸包费时费力的技术问题。

本实用新型涉及打捆机，尤其是一种饲草打捆机用的卸包装置。
背景技术
传统的单箱或双箱式饲草打捆机都是由机架、油缸、压板和从一侧开门的箱体组成，其不足是压缩后的饲草包与箱体内腔壁挤压很紧，卸包困难，费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有单箱或双箱式饲草打捆机卸包费时费力的技术问题，提供一种饲草打捆机用的卸包装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的结构是，包括机架、油缸、压板、托板和一侧开门的箱体，其特征在于，在箱体内腔两侧壁上对称设置有导轨，在压板下部两侧通过插销分别设置有立式夹板，立式夹板沿导轨上下移动。
本实用新型的优点是，拨开插销，压板与立式夹板上的销孔脱离，立式夹板落入箱体底部，将箱体内装满饲草，操作油缸使压板下移对饲草进行压缩打包，打包完成后，拨动插销插入销孔，压板与立式夹板联接在一起，两块立式夹板将饲草包挤在中间，联接在压板提升时带动立式夹板沿导轨上升，使饲草包与箱体内腔的两侧壁形成间隙，方便把饲草包拉出箱体，操作简单，省时省力。

如图1、图2所示，本实用新型包括机架1、油缸2、压板3、托板4和一侧开门的箱体5，在箱体5内腔两侧壁上对称设置有导轨6，在压板3下部两侧通过插销8分别设置有立式夹板7，立式夹板7沿导轨6上下移动。
