本实用新型的目的在于提供一种汽车座椅座盆,其无需焊接也能固定。为实现所述目的的汽车座椅座盆,包括两侧板和连接侧板的钢管,其特点是,钢管的管末端具有环形的外侧凸台和环形的内侧凸台,侧板的孔的周缘由外侧凸台和内侧凸台夹紧,外侧凸台和内侧凸台通过胀形工艺成形,外侧凸台为钢管的管末端的翻边。

本实用新型涉及汽车座椅座盆。 
背景技术
如图1所示,汽车座椅座盆机构需要把两根钢管1与冲压件侧板2刚性连接在一起,并能有时还能有效完成座椅侧板2与后管角度的功能。国内传统解决思路是弧焊(见焊缝3),但是由于管子和侧板或连接板的厚度相差比较大,这种方法具有焊接时很容易焊穿,出现质量问题。所以质量很难控制,报废率较高,日用维护和生产成本高等缺点。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种汽车座椅座盆,其无需焊接也能固定。 
为实现所述目的的汽车座椅座盆,包括两侧板和连接侧板的钢管,其特点是,钢管的管末端具有环形的外侧凸台和环形的内侧凸台,侧板的孔的周缘由外侧凸台和内侧凸台夹紧,外侧凸台和内侧凸台通过胀形工艺成形,外侧凸台为钢管的管末端的翻边。 
通过管末端成形来刚性装配汽车座椅座盆来代替传统的焊接连接,这种连接方法为与传统焊接技术相比,管末端成形产品具有形式简单、外观漂亮、强度高、质量稳定、维护使用成本低等诸多优点。胀形工艺自动化程度高,运用气缸自动卸料装置脱模,可减小工人劳动强度,可提高生产率。

具体实施方式
图2仅示出了钢管和座盆侧板的一处连接的结构,但如图1所示的其余三处结构为实质上相同的连接结构,折线连接的结构可以同步形成。汽车座椅座盆包括左右两侧的座盆侧板21,以及连接座盆侧板21的两钢管11。 
如图2所示,钢管1的管末端具有环形的外侧突台110和环形的内侧突台120,座盆侧板21的连接孔的边缘由外侧突台110和内侧突台120夹紧,外侧突台110和内侧突台120是通过胀管工艺成形,即将钢管1本身的材料挤压成形。 
胀管工艺的装置可以选择市售的胀管系统来实施。如图4至图5所示,利用滑块30向左运动,此时侧板21随滑块30一起运动并套在管11的外壁上,在滑块30的推力和弹簧或氮气弹簧40的合力作用下完成成型外口径翻孔动作形成外侧突台110,芯棒31的形状可保证在打出管凸台110、120的时候,管内径不变。 
滑块30继续向左运动,此时座盆侧板21套在管外壁上,打出管凸台120的地方要预留管料流动的喇叭口41;最后,滑块30开始从钢管11端部挤压管子11使其变形,形成钢管11内侧的凸台120与上一步成型的外侧凸台110或说翻边一起将侧板21夹紧连接一起。 
图3至图5的胀形过程仅为本实用新型的举例说明,图2所示的连接结构的实现不限于仅为图3至图5的胀形过程来成型。

1.汽车座椅座盆,包括两侧板和连接侧板的钢管,其特征在于,钢管的管末端具有环形的外侧凸台和环形的内侧凸台,侧板的孔的周缘由外侧凸台和内侧凸台夹紧,外侧凸台和内侧凸台通过胀形工艺成形,外侧凸台为钢管的管末端的翻边。
