背景技术
谐振杆又名振子、反射杆、谐振子、谐振柱等,是很多微波通信系统必备的零件之一,广泛应用于航天广电通信基站等设备上。现有的谐振杆成型方法多分为车加工成型和冷镦两种,但是都存在着容易造成较大的材料浪费等问题。冲压一体化成型的方法可以解决以上两种成型方法的不足,成型速度快且材料的利用率高。但是现有的冲压一体化成型谐振杆存在刚度低、使用寿命短、结构复杂和成本高等缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术的不足,提供一种冲压一体化成型的、使用寿命长的高刚度谐振杆。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:高刚度谐振杆,它包括筒体和底面,筒体的上端设有开口,筒体的下端与底面连接,所述的筒体侧壁呈阶梯形,它包括外圈、中圈和内圈,外圈、中圈与内圈之间分别通过圆弧面过渡连接,内圈与底面之间设有过渡圆凹槽,底面上设有小孔。 
本实用新型所述的外圈、中圈和内圈的截面为圆形。
本实用新型所述的外圈、中圈和内圈的截面为多边形。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本谐振杆采用冲压方式一体化成型,工序简单且节约了材料及成本;采用阶梯形筒体结构,大大增强了谐振杆的刚度,提高了谐振杆的使用寿命。

下面结合附图进一步详细描述本实用新型的技术方案:如图1所示,高刚度谐振杆,它包括筒体和底面4,筒体的上端设有开口,筒体的下端与底面4连接,所述的筒体侧壁呈阶梯形,它包括外圈1、中圈2和内圈3,外圈1、中圈2和内圈3的截面可为圆形(如图2所示)也可为多边形。外圈1、中圈2与内圈3之间分别通过圆弧面过渡连接,内圈3与底面4之间设有过渡圆凹槽5,底面4上设有小孔6。
