本实用新型涉及一种隧道窑密封结构，所述隧道窑窑体与设于窑车车架上的耐火砌体之间呈间隙滑动触接状态，其特征在于所述间隙内设有弹性耐火层。在窑体与窑车车架上的耐火砌体的间隙处加上弹性耐火层，窑车移动时弹性耐火层与对应的窑体（或窑车砌体）产生摩擦接触，由于弹性耐火层具有一定的弹性，在不同大小的间隙处会产生伸缩，从而使窑车与窑体之间处于紧密接触状态，阻止窑车上下气流的流动，减小预热带窑内上下温差，减少窑车的损坏，提高产品的烧成质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种隧道窑，尤其涉及隧道窑中的密封结构。
背景技术
陶瓷、耐火材料、砖瓦行业烧成的隧道窑，所烧产品先在窑炉外装上窑车，然后将装有产品的窑车推进窑内进行烧成，一般温度都要在1000℃以上。由于窑车必须在窑内移动，所以窑车耐火材料与窑体之间采用曲折交错结构进行密封，即窑车与窑体间保持20mm左右的间隙，但这种结构的密封效果并不理想；同时由于窑车耐火材料砌体的膨胀收缩，会造成窑车耐火材料砌体松动，造成曲封间隙大小不一致的现象。
由于隧道窑的固有特性，预热带一般为负压，高温带为正压，窑车密封不好就会造成预热带车下冷风进入窑内后上下温差较大影响产品质量，高温带窑内高温气体向下流动，烧坏窑车金属材料构件，造成卡窑、倒窑事故。

   本实用新型克服了现有技术中的不足，提供一种密封效果好的隧道窑密封结构。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种隧道窑密封结构，所述隧道窑窑体与设于窑车车架上的耐火砌体之间呈间隙滑动触接状态，所述间隙内设有弹性耐火层。
作为改进，所述隧道窑窑体与设于窑车车架上的耐火砌体之间的间隙为15-30mm。
作为改进，所述的弹性耐火层为耐火纤维。
在窑体与窑车车架上的耐火砌体的间隙处加上弹性耐火层，窑车移动时弹性耐火层与对应的窑体（或窑车砌体）产生摩擦接触，由于弹性耐火层具有一定的弹性，在不同大小的间隙处会产生伸缩，从而使窑车与窑体之间处于紧密接触状态，阻止窑车上下气流的流动，减小预热带窑内的上下温差，减少窑车的损坏，提高产品的烧成质量。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图进一步说明本实用新型。
参见图1，隧道窑1内的窑车包括窑车车架3和位于窑车车架3上的耐火砌体4，隧道窑窑体2与耐火砌体4之间呈间隙滑动触接状态，所述间隙为15-30mm，优选为20mm；在间隙内设有弹性耐火层5，所述的弹性耐火层5可以选自耐火纤维。
窑车移动时弹性耐火层与对应的窑体（或窑车砌体）产生摩擦接触，由于弹性耐火层具有一定的弹性，在不同大小的间隙处会产生伸缩，从而使窑车与窑体之间处于紧密接触状态，阻止窑车上下气流的流动，减小预热带窑内的上下温差，减少窑车的损坏，提高产品的烧成质量。
本实用新型所述的密封结构同时也适用于其它采用窑车类窑炉的窑体与窑车之间。

1.一种隧道窑密封结构，所述隧道窑窑体与设于窑车车架上的耐火砌体之间呈间隙滑动触接状态，其特征在于所述间隙内设有弹性耐火层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隧道窑密封结构，其特征在于所述隧道窑窑体与设于窑车车架上的耐火砌体之间的间隙为15-30mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隧道窑密封结构，其特征在于所述的弹性耐火层为耐火纤维。
