背景技术
注塑模具的开合模时,需要进行精确的导向制约,因此,在模具内都安有导柱和导套,在模具的型腔中制有导孔,导孔中安装导套,模具的型芯中安装导柱,导柱伸入导套中,对模具开合模其导向作用。传统模具的导套由压圈方式固定在型腔的导孔中,即用大于导套直径的压圈,采用螺丝方式压住导套,不仅表面不好看,而且很多时候因为这种压圈占用的位置较多而加大模料,导致成本增加。特别是模具不停地开合模,使导柱和导套不停磨合,有时会将导套带出导孔,甚至掉落,造成模具出现故障,影响生产效率。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用卡簧固定方式,导套固定牢靠,不脱出,且不占用位置,节省模料,减小成本投入的注塑模具导柱导套固定机构。 
本实用新型注塑模具导柱导套固定机构的技术方案是:包括模具上模板和下模板,上模板经垫块连接型腔,下模板上安装模脚,模脚内设置上顶针板和下顶针板,上顶针板上连接顶针,模脚上安装型芯,型芯与型腔之间有成型的塑料产品,所述的型腔中制有导孔,导孔中安装导套,所述的型芯中安装导柱,导柱伸入导套中,其特征在于所述的导孔口部内壁制有凹环,凹环中安装卡簧,卡簧与导套相接触。
