背景技术：汽车蒸发器和冷凝器是汽车空调器中双重要的部件，其作用是实现两种不同介质(制冷剂和空气)之间的热量交换。汽车蒸发器的规格种类非常多，一般每种车型都会有不同的蒸发器，但如何实现蒸发器的轻型、高效和经济一直是蒸发器开发设计的前提。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种轻型、高效而且经济的汽车蒸发器。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
汽车蒸发器，包括铝质换热管和换热片，其特征在于：换热管做成扁平形状，扁平形状的换热管连续U型弯曲。
本实用新型的汽车蒸发器，其换热管和换热片均采用轻型的铝材料制成，换热管的扁平形状和连续的U型弯曲设计，换热面积大，能提供大的热交换空间，换热效果好，而且上述结构简单制作方便，所以说，本实用新型具有轻型、高效和经济的优点。
为增强换热效果，换热片在换热管的U型弯曲中间设置，换热片为波纹状的换热片铝带。

具体实施方式：如图1和2所示，本实用新型的汽车蒸发器，包括铝质换热管1和换热片2，换热管1的一头焊接固定有进口接管3，另一头焊接固定有出口接管4，换热管1做成扁平形状，扁平形状的换热管1连续U型弯曲，换热片2在换热管1的U型弯曲中间设置，换热片2钎焊在换热管1上予以固定，所述换热片2为波纹状的换热片铝带。

1.汽车蒸发器，包括铝质换热管和换热片，其特征在于：换热管做成扁平形状，扁平形状的换热管连续U型弯曲。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车蒸发器，其特征在于：换热片在换热管的U型弯曲中间设置，换热片为波纹状的换热片铝带。
