Abstract

一种可拆卸式现场配变搬运车,其主体为一架体,架体为由横梁、纵梁及竖梁拼装而成的方形框架,在竖梁上用交叉的斜梁对架体进行加固,在架体顶部纵梁中部的下方固定连接有吊环,吊环上挂有倒链;在架体一侧的两竖梁底部安装有万向轮,在架体另一侧的两竖梁底部安装有单向轮。本装置解决了大型变电设备无法在地下室安装运输的难题,大大提高了工作效率,且成本造价低,经济实用。另外,本装置可现场快速组装,工作完毕后可拆卸带走,方便运输储存。

本实用新型涉及一种电力设备安装辅助工具,特别是一种可拆卸式现场配变搬运车。
背景技术
由于社会的发展,高层建筑成为了发展趋势,对于高层建筑而言,建配电室需要占用不小的面积,因此在电气设计时就将配电室设计在地下一层。但由于地下室的空间限制,大型车辆进不去,无法实现变电设备的运输到位、吊装、吊卸。同时,变压器的吊装运输,尤其是干式变压器,无法用撬也无法抬,给施工造成了极大的不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是一种可轻松实现配电设备装卸运输的可拆卸式现场配变搬运车。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下。
一种可拆卸式现场配变搬运车,其主体为一架体,架体为由横梁、纵梁及竖梁拼装而成的方形框架,其特征在于:在竖梁上用交叉的斜梁对架体进行加固,在架体顶部纵梁中部的下方固定连接有吊环,吊环上挂有倒链;在架体一侧的两竖梁底部安装有万向轮,在架体另一侧的两竖梁底部安装有单向轮。
本装置在使用时,将架体套住需要运输的设备,用倒链上的吊钩吊住设备的吊耳,并将其升起,然后推动架体将其运送至安装位置。解决了大型变电设备无法在地下室安装运输的难题,大大提高了工作效率,节省了人力物力,且成本造价低,经济实用。另外,本装置可现场快速组装,工作完毕后可拆卸带走,方便运输储存。
