Abstract

本实用新型的目的是为了解决家庭装修时由于没有电梯，建筑材料往往需要用人背到楼上，再把废料背下来的问题；同时，也可以解决室外作业和室内高处作业的问题。该实用新型解决的技术问题是通过以屋顶与地面的楼板作为支撑，用轻便的方法保证了吊装设备的稳定性，提高了吊装和室外作业的效率；解决该问题的技术方案要点是可以分别将屋顶与地面作为升降机力臂杠杆的两个支撑点的特性。构造原理为：电葫芦固定在同时支撑地面与屋顶的立柱上，立柱上连接折叠式横梁，通过支撑柱作为中间支点支撑折叠式横梁，折叠式横梁伸出窗外，接通电源可以吊装建筑材料，或者对接固定二轮小推车后进行窗外作业。

背景技术
家庭装修时对于没有电梯的楼房来说，建筑材料往往需要用人背到楼上，再把废料背下来，心想，如果要是有一种微型升降机，从窗户外直接把建筑材料运进室内，并把废料运出去，就可以大大节省劳动力；同时，升降机力臂也可以解决室外作业和室内高处作业的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决家庭装修时由于没有电梯，建筑材料往往需要用人背到楼上，再把废料背下来的问题；同时，升降机力臂也可以解决室外作业和室内高处作业的问题。提供了一种装修多用途微型升降机，即在一个同时支撑地面与屋顶的钢管结构设施上安装一个电葫芦，用于升降建筑材料。同时，装载运输升降机用的二轮小推车又可以同时安装在力臂上，将二轮小推车安装在力臂上后，人站在力臂上可以进行室外高空和室内高处作业。由于屋顶承受重量限制，吊装重量不超过100公斤。
装修多用途微型升降机的构成主要包括电葫芦、机械系统、报警器、二轮小推车。
所述电葫芦即普通使用的电葫芦，电葫芦固定在机械系统的立柱上，通过细钢丝绳吊起货物。
所述机械系统为钢管焊接而成的装置，包括立柱、支撑柱、折叠式横梁。
所述立柱为同时支撑地面与屋顶的钢管结构装置，该装置由2个钢管套装组成，可以调节长度，两端有圆盘，上端圆盘与钢管连接处有一个报警器，下端圆盘与钢管连接处有一个微调立柱长度的螺丝。
所述的折叠式横梁是一个由2段带三角形加固结构横梁组合而成的吊装横梁，横梁的一端与立柱相连，一端安装吊绳和吊钩，中间由支撑柱支撑，两段横梁接口处有橡胶垫，横梁的一侧末端有插孔，可以安装二轮小推车供人员站立，折叠式横梁使用完毕可以折叠。
所述的支撑柱是一个支撑折叠式横梁的钢管，可以调节长度，长度大致为180cm，下端有支架分散地面压力。
所述的报警器是一个由电池、弹簧和红灯构成的报警装置，弹簧承受的重量超过100公斤，则红灯电源接通，防止屋顶被顶坏。
所述的二轮小推车是一个有两个轮的小推车，平常用于运输吊装设备，二轮小推车上有两个安全带，二轮小推车下部有一个槽，槽帮上有两组用于与折叠式横梁固定的穿钉，用于将二轮小推车固定在折叠式横梁上。
本实用新型的优点在于：
(1)运用装修多用途微型升降机可以在没有电梯的楼房进行家庭装修时由于吊装建筑材料，节省劳力。
(2)可以站在微型升降机上在窗外进行简单安装或装修作业。
(3)可以在室内高处进行装修作业，使用方便。
(4)结构非常简单，成本低，易于实现。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的装修多用途微型升降机进行详细说明。
如图1～图2所示，本实用新型提供的装修多用途微型升降机主要包括整体结构1、二轮小推车2。
如图1所示，所述的整体结构1指装修多用途微型升降机从侧面看到的整体结构，如图1所示，电葫芦101即目前广泛使用的标准电葫芦，吊装重量不超过100公斤，立柱102即标准钢圆管，电葫芦101固定在立柱102上。立柱102的标准长度可以设置为5cm直径×3mm壁厚×350cm总长。
如图1所示的立柱102为同时支撑地面与屋顶的钢管结构装置，该装置由2个钢管套装组成，可以调节长度，两端在支撑地面与屋顶出有圆盘，以分散对地面与屋顶的压力。上端圆盘与钢管连接处有一个报警器106，下端圆盘与钢管连接处有一个微调立柱长度的螺丝。
如图103所示，与所述立柱102的相连接有折叠式横梁103，折叠式横梁103的总长度为3米，所述的折叠式横梁103两段接口处有橡胶垫104，横梁的一侧末端有插孔107，插孔107与二轮小推车上的小推车插孔201可以对接，折叠式横梁使用完毕可以折叠。
如图1所示的支撑柱105是一个支撑折叠式横梁103的钢管，可以调节长度，下端有支架分散对地面压力。
如图1所示的报警器106是一个由电池、弹簧和红灯构成的报警装置，弹簧承受的重量超过100公斤，则红灯电源接通，防止屋顶被顶坏。
如图2所示的二轮小推车2是一个有两个轮的小推车，平常用于运输吊装设备，二轮小推车2下部有一个槽，槽帮上有两组用于与折叠式横梁对接固定的穿钉201，用于将二轮小推车2固定在折叠式横梁103上，二轮小推车2下部有两个安全带202，平常捆绑吊具，站人时保护人生安全。

1.装修多用途微型升降机，其特征在于：包括电葫芦、机械系统、报警器、二轮小推车；
所述电葫芦即普通使用的电葫芦，电葫芦固定在机械系统的立柱上；所述机械系统为钢管焊接而成的装置，包括立柱、支撑柱、折叠式横梁；所述的报警器是一个由电池、弹簧和红灯构成的报警装置，弹簧承受的重量超过100公斤，则红灯电源接通；所述的二轮小推车是一个有两个轮的小推车，平常用于运输吊装设备，二轮小推车上有两个安全带，下部有一个槽，槽帮上有两组用于与折叠式横梁对接固定的穿钉，可将二轮小推车固定在折叠式横梁上。
