Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种生物质压块成型机,它包括装配于主轴上的转盘,转盘上装配有与模块相配合的压轮,模块横断面为“王”字形结构,相互接触配合的模块形成环状结构,压轮在转盘上的模块间对称设置,压轮上装设的偏心轴与转盘固连。对称设置的双压轮结构以及相互接触连接配合双层模块结构,在压块成型作业时设备所需动力小,压轮与模块接触面积加大,提高了压轮和模块耐磨性及抗疲劳度和耐高温性能,可连续工作400~600小时,压力可达50吨,每套压轮模块可生产2500~3000吨生物质压块,提高了生产效率,以两个对称设置的压轮向外涨力挤压模块间形成的模孔,力量传输简单到位,很容易将模道内的生物质原料挤压成块推出模孔,大大降低了电机功率损耗。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及以农作物秸秆为原料的生物质压块成型机。
背景技术
近年来,生物质压块作为清洁环保燃料正在进入人们的生活之中,将松散废弃的植物秸秆压缩成块,必须具备三个外部条件:1、有强大的压力,使其压缩到一定小的体积;2、有较高的温度,使植物的纤维软化、塑化并粘结成块;3、保持必要的成型时间。
目前,通用的生物质压块成型机主要有平模型、环模型、环模平用型等。通过长时间使用,95%压块成型设备存在有以下技术问题:
1、现有生物质成型机压轮模具接触面一般在30~32cm,比较窄,动力消耗大,产量低。
2、压轮模块磨损大,故障频繁,易发生闷机现象。
现有生物质压块成型机其模具压轮一般采用锻造淬火的工艺,钢材标号大,遇硬物质极易崩裂,而且耐疲劳度非常低,压轮模块磨损时间短为200小时,产量在400吨左右就需更换。压轮窄小受限制,轴承小承压能力不够,轴承容易高温退火,造成压轮轴承损坏,增加生产和维修成本。
3、结构复杂,维修困难。
现有生物质压块成型机一般采用前锅盖式固定主机轴承,由于结构设计不合理,在维护注油和闷机后进行检修时必须用吊带支架来拆卸前锅盖来进行维修,需要三小时左右才能排除故障,严重影响了生产效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种结构更加合理的生物质压块成型机械,以解决现有生物质压块成型机存在的弊端。
为实现本实用新型目的,这种生物质压块成型机包括装配于主轴上的转盘,转盘上装配有与模块相配合的压轮,其特征是所述模块横断面为“王”字形结构,相互接触连接的模块形成一环状结构,所述压轮在转盘上的模块间对称设置,压轮上装设的偏心轴与转盘固连。
本实用新型取得的技术进步:由于采用对称设置的双压轮结构以及相互接触连接配合双层模块结构,在压块成型作业时设备所需动力小,压轮与模块接触面积加大,大大提高了压轮和模块耐磨性以及抗疲劳度和耐高温性能,可以连续工作400~600小时,压力可达50吨,每套压轮模块可生产2500~3000吨生物质压块,大大提高了生产效率,同时可方便故障排除,降低了维修成本,提高了成型机使用寿命。以两个对称设置的压轮向外涨力挤压模块间形成的模孔,力量传输简单到位,很容易将模道内的生物质原料挤压成块推出模孔,大大降低了电机功率的损耗。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,这种生物质压块成型机包括装配于主轴1上的转盘2,转盘2上装配有与模块4相配合的压轮6,压轮6上装设的偏心轴7与转盘2固连,模块4的横断面为“王”字形结构,通过上夹板5和下夹板3装配后的模块4相互接触连接配合并形成一环状结构,各模块4间形成生物质原料被挤压通过的模道8,压轮6在转盘2上的模块4间形成对称设置,在转盘2转动中以形成径向向外的涨力通过生物质原料挤压模块4而进入模道8,模道8内的生物质原料挤压成块后被推出模孔。
