技术领域:
 本实用新型涉及一种秸秆成型设备,即一种复合式秸秆成型机。
技术背景:
我国的秸秆成型技术在经历了二十多年后,已经取得了很大进步,秸秆成型机很多,但在实际应用中,成型机产能低,能耗大,故障率高等一系列问题已经成为制约秸秆成型燃料产业发展的瓶颈,为了克服上述缺点,本实用新型提供一种复合式秸秆成型机。
发明内容
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是:
一种复合式秸秆成型机,它包括:锯齿压辊、成型压辊、锯齿压盘、十字形连接板、动力轴、挤压模,其特征是:同时设置挤压成型组件和剪切预压组件:在挤压模的中心垂直设置动力轴,在动力轴上水平设置十字形连接板,在十字形连接板上对称设置两个成型压辊和两个锯齿压辊;在挤压模的上部水平设置锯齿压盘,动力轴带动十字形连接板、成型压辊、锯齿压辊转动。动力轴带动十字形连接板和锯齿压辊与锯齿压盘作相对啮合转动形成预压剪切组件,对秸秆进行剪切、粉碎和碾压,为秸秆成型做准备。动力轴带动十字形连接板和成型压辊在挤压模内转动形成挤压成型组件,在高温、高压下实现秸秆成型任务。当动力轴带动十字形的连接板上的两个锯齿压辊和两个成型压辊转动时,两个锯齿压辊首先与锯齿压盘作啮合转动,当秸秆原料进入时,原料先由锯齿压辊和锯齿压盘内缘的锯齿将原料进行剪切、碾压后,再由成型压辊将原料进一步推入挤压模内,原料在挤压模内被挤压并被电加热,原料在高温、高压下完成成型过程。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于增加了锯齿压辊和锯齿压盘,原料先经过锯齿压辊和锯齿压盘进行剪切、碾压,增加了原料的适应性,可以提高产品的成型率和出料率,并且原料不会向外挤出,有利于进料,减少了原料跟随压辊空扫旋转的时间,成型机对各种原料的特性、敏感性相对下降,减少了无功损耗,降低了成型部件的磨损,改善了成型效果,也使成型机的结构简化。

在图1、图2中,同时设置挤压成型组件和剪切预压组件:在挤压模7的中心垂直设置动力轴6,在动力轴6上水平设置十字形连接板4,在十字形连接板4上对称设置两个成型压辊2和两个锯齿压辊1;在挤压模7的上部水平设置锯齿压盘3,动力轴6带动十字形连接板4、成型压辊2、锯齿压辊1转动。
