侧横梁是装于低压抽屉柜侧面,用于加固柜体,支撑翻排和翻排用的装置;一般采用2mm厚的镀锌板制作。侧横梁传统的制造方法使用的大都是多道工序,经下料、冲制、切角、折弯成型。由于传统模具功能单一导致侧横梁经4道工序才成型,每件侧横梁生产工时约10min左右,既浪费工时,又因工序多造成积累误差大,影响产品质量,增大制造成本。本实用新型公开一种侧横梁复合模具,使用本模具可将冲制和切角两道工序整合,加工工时缩短约4min左右,大大提高工作效率,且因工序减少,积累误差也因此减小,提高了产品精度。
