本实用新型提供了一种EGR阀连接管，连接管的两端设置有法兰，其特征在于所述法兰的外侧平面与连接管的外端面不在一个平面上，连接管的外端面设置在法兰的外侧平面的内侧，法兰与连接管之间设置有台阶部分。本实用新型结构简单、使用方便，钎焊后无需加工，降低了不合格品率，减少了加工工序，节约劳动力，降低成本，波纹管折弯时避免了出现干涉现象。

本实用新型属于汽车零部件领域，具体是一种EGR阀连接管。      
背景技术
EGR，即排气再循环（Exhaust Gas Recirculation）为汽车用小型内燃机在燃烧后将排出气体的一部分分离出、并导入进气侧使其再度燃烧的技术，主要目的为降低排出气体中的氮氧化物与分担部分负荷时可提高燃料消费率。EGR阀连接管是汽车排气再循环的部件之一。普通的EGR阀连接管的法兰钎焊后表面流铜，再加工易出现不合格品，而且波纹管的波纹间距过密，折弯角度较小，波纹直径过大，打波纹容易造成管体破裂。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种EGR阀连接管。
一种EGR阀连接管，包括连接管，连接管的两端设置有法兰，其特征在于所述法兰的外侧平面与连接管的外端面不在一个平面上，连接管的外端面设置在法兰的外侧平面的内侧，法兰与连接管之间设置有台阶部分。
本实用新型的一种EGR阀连接管，结构简单、使用方便，钎焊后无需加工，降低了不合格品率，减少了加工工序，节约劳动力，降低成本，波纹管折弯时避免了出现干涉现象。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细说明。
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的一种EGR阀连接管，连接管4的两端设置有法兰1，法兰1的外侧平面与连接管4的外端面不在一个平面上，连接管4的外端面设置在法兰1的外侧平面的内侧，法兰1与连接管4之间设置有台阶部分3。
由于法兰留有台阶，钎焊后无需加工，故出现的不合格品率降低，而且法兰孔由冲压直接成型，减少了加工工序，节约劳动力，降低成本。另外本实用新型的波纹管的波纹间距增大，加工更方便，折弯时避免出现干涉现象，波纹个数减少，节约了加工时间，降低了管件加工的不合格品率。
