背景技术
从柴油发动机排出的废气具有温度高,压力大,NOx和颗粒排放量高以及柴油机本身噪音大等特点。目前广泛采用EGR废气再循环技术,即安装EGR冷却器来达到降低废气温度和降低NOx排放量。而普通EGR冷却器在进气处采用的是直管结构,该结构柔性较小,抗冲击性弱,减震效果差。故需要对其结构进行优化而采用此波纹管结构能够很好的解决上述问题。

针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于设计提供一种EGR冷却器波纹进气管的技术方案。
 所述的一种EGR冷却器波纹进气管,其特征在于包括管芯和管体,所述的管体包括内层管体和外层管体,所述的内层管体和外层管体为波纹管。
所述的一种EGR冷却器波纹进气管,其特征在于所述的管体波纹直径相等,所述的管体厚度均匀。
上述的一种EGR冷却器波纹进气管,结构简单,设计合理,将原有进气管的直管结构设置成波纹管结构,能够达到减震、耐压、消音和抗疲劳等作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图来进一步说明本实用新型。
如图所示,一种EGR冷却器波纹进气管包括管芯1和管体2。管体2包括内层管体4和外层管体3,内层管体4和外层管体3为波纹管,管体2波纹直径相等,管体2厚度均匀。
使用时,该EGR冷却器波纹进气管两端分别与EGR冷却器进气端盖和EGR冷却器进气法兰连接。
在工作过程中,发动机排出的废气通过进气管进入了冷却器本体。由于废气为高温高压气体且NOx含量高腐蚀性强。采用上述结构后,可以达到散热面积大,气流稳定,减震抗压,耐腐蚀抗疲劳等特点,从而保证EGR率的稳定要求,可大大减少NOx的排放量。
以上所述及图中所示的仅是本实用新型的实施方式中的EGR直管波纹管结构。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,EGR弯管波纹管结构,或其他若干变型和改进也应视为属于本实用新型的保护范围。
