本实用新型涉及一种气密检测装置，具体涉及一种用于筒状包装物的气密检测件。
背景技术
目前，传统的筒状包装物在生产时，通常采用目测观察其有无孔洞、细纹等带来漏气现象的瑕疵存在。一般都是在筒状包装物与筒盖密封后，才能发现其漏气情况，不仅增加了工人的劳动量及生产成本，而且效率低，无法保证产品的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单，能够快速准确检测筒状包装物气密性的气密检测件。
一种筒状包装物的气密检测件，包括水箱，所述筒状包装物放置在水箱内，所述筒状包装物的开口侧紧密压合有气密塞，所述气密塞上连通有进气装置。
本实用新型通过采用气密塞上的进气装置的进气，根据观测置于水箱内的筒状包装物上是否有气泡产生来快速判断其气密性，提高了检测的准确性，保证了产品的加工质量。

参见图1，本实用新型提供的一种筒状包装物的气密检测件，包括水箱1，所述筒状包装物2放置在水箱1内，所述筒状包装物2的开口侧紧密压合有气密塞3，所述气密塞3上连通有进气装置4。
使用时，通过气密塞3上的进气装置4的进气，来观测置于水箱1内的筒状包装物2上是否有气泡产生，若有，则筒状包装物2存在漏气点。
