技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承,尤其是一种超低摩擦力矩的圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
圆锥滚子轴承具有高承载能力和高刚度,适用于差速器。但现有的圆锥滚子轴承存在以下缺陷:滚子过长,滚子数量多,滚子与滚道接触角小,保持架小端的内径尺寸大,保持架内挡圈过短且无台阶结构,这些因素都是圆锥滚子轴承摩擦力矩大的原因。相比球轴承,圆锥滚子轴承的摩擦力矩要大得多,效率损失大。为了减小摩擦力矩,一些车辆生产商最近已考虑使用球轴承。与类似尺寸的圆锥滚子轴承相比,球轴承的寿命、刚度和静态安全性都要差,需用更大尺寸的球轴承以提供与圆锥滚子轴承的等效性能。这样一方面给整车装配带来了困难,又使整个结构不紧凑。因此,开发一种既保持长寿命和高刚度,又降低摩擦力矩的圆锥滚子轴承是十分必要的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种超低摩擦力矩的圆锥滚子轴承,本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案来实现;本实用新型由内圈、外圈、保持架、滚子组成,其特征在于:内圈滚道面和外圈滚道面均呈弧形凸面,小挡边由斜面改成为台阶形。
通常,圆锥滚子轴承的摩擦由下列4个因素引起,(A)滚子与滚道之间的粘滞滚动阻力(约占65%);(B)滚子与挡边之间的滑动阻力(约占5%);(C)润滑剂的搅拌阻力(约占30%);(D)滚子与保持架之间的滑动阻力可以忽略不计。本实用新型针对上述因素进行了研制,就提高效率而言,也就是要减小摩擦力矩,则应增大接触角a,而滚子的数量和滚子有效长度则需减少。然而接触角a的增大会减小动载容量,而滚子数和滚子长度的减小将使动载荷容量和刚度更低。本实用新型通过改变内、外滚道表面形状,将内挡圈小档边由斜边形改成台阶形,有效的降低了滚子间粘滞滚动阻力和润滑剂搅拌阻力及滚子与挡边间的滑动阻力,经实际检测与同尺寸的常规轴承相比,其摩擦力矩减少50% 。
