Abstract
本发明涉及一种低扭矩少油润滑圆锥滚子轴承。该轴承主要由外圈、保持架、内圈及滚动体构成,将内圈小挡边设计成向下凹陷的台阶状,并改变保持架底径尺寸,使保持架与内圈之间形成旋转密封的作用,减少润滑油的大量流入,降低保持架搅拌润滑介质的扭矩损耗。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车轴承技术领域,具体涉及低扭矩少油润滑圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
由于润滑介质的存在,汽车用圆锥轴承保持架在工作的过程中由于对润滑介质的搅拌,不可避免的会引起扭矩损耗,久而久之,将会造成巨大的能量损耗,但是目前关于这方面的研究工作还没有得到充分的开展。
近来,我国对新能源汽车以及节能降耗提出了较为严格的要求,这就需要我们对生产设备上各个环节的能量的损耗进行控制。基于此,本申请从降低保持架搅拌润滑介质的扭矩损耗入手,从而达到降低扭矩的目的。
发明内容
本发明提供扭矩少油润滑圆锥滚子轴承,可减缓润滑油的大量流入,以解决由于保持架搅拌润滑介质带来的扭矩损耗。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为提供低扭矩少油润滑圆锥滚子轴承。该轴承主要由外圈1、保持架2、内圈3及滚动体4构成,将内圈小挡边设计成向下凹陷的台阶状,并改变保持架底径尺寸,使底径与内圈之间的距离小于2mm。
本发明改变保持架的底径尺寸,并改变内圈小挡边的形状,使保持架与内圈之间形成旋转密封的作用,减少润滑油的大量流入,降低保持架搅拌润滑介质的扭矩损耗。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体的实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图2本发明的低扭矩少油润滑圆锥滚子轴承结构示意图所示,本发明的轴承主要由外圈1、保持架2、内圈3及滚动体4构成。与目前圆锥轴承结构,如图1所示,本发明将内圈3的小挡边设计成向下凹陷的台阶状,并改变保持架2底径尺寸,底径与内圈之间的距离变小,减小到小于2mm,使保持架与内圈之间形成旋转密封的作用,减少润滑油的大量流入,降低保持架搅拌润滑介质的扭矩损耗。
本发明通过改变保持架2底径尺寸及内圈3小挡边形状,从而降低保持架搅拌润滑介质的扭矩损耗,达到降低扭矩的目的。

1.低扭矩少油润滑圆锥滚子轴承,该轴承主要由外圈(1)、保持架(2)、内圈(3)及滚动体(4)构成,其特征在于,将内圈(3)的小挡边设计成向下凹陷的台阶状,并改变保持架(2)底径尺寸,使底径与内圈之间的距离小于2mm。
