Abstract
本实用新型是一种血液采集管,特别是一种单个核细胞真空血液采集管,由原管、丁基胶塞和保护帽组成,原管被抽成真空,原管上贴有标签,其特征在于:在原管内预置抗凝剂、血液分离胶和单个核细胞分离液;所述单个核细胞分层液为聚蔗糖-泛影葡胺淋巴细胞分层液;所述抗凝剂为EDTA盐、肝素盐、柠檬酸盐和PBS或Hank′s缓冲液的混合物;所述原管用玻璃材质或PET材质制作。本实用新型将抗凝剂、血液分离胶及单个核细胞分离液预先加入于真空采血管中,简化了临床或实验室操作步骤,提高了临床提取单个核细胞的效率,为进一步进行的单核细胞和淋巴细胞纯化、转化、激活等试验奠定了基础,提高了临床检验结果的准确性。

技术领域
本实用新型是一种血液采集管,特别是一种单个核细胞真空血液采集管。
背景技术
单个核细胞包括淋巴细胞和单核细胞,单核细胞来源于骨髓髓系干细胞,参与机体防卫机制,在免疫和创伤愈治过程中起重要作用。淋巴细胞由淋巴器官产生,淋巴细胞在机体体液免疫和细胞免疫等免疫反应中起着重要作用。淋巴细胞常用于相应的免疫反应和抗肿瘤及过敏与变态反应等科学实验与研究中。单个核细胞的提取来自于外周血,传统单个核细胞的采集,首先采集外周血,然后经过相应的溶液稀释,再用单个核细胞分层液进行梯度离心,最后才能获得单核细胞和淋巴细胞,整个采集过程,步骤繁多,效率低下,十分不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有单个核细胞的采集步骤多、效率低、不方便的缺陷,发明一种采用梯度密度离心法的单个核细胞真空血液采集管。
本实用新型的目的是按如下的方式来实现的:所述单个核细胞真空血液采集管,由原管、丁基胶塞和保护帽组成,原管被抽成真空,原管上贴有标签,其特征在于:在原管内预置抗凝剂、血液分离胶和单个核细胞分层液(见图1)。
所述单个核细胞分层液为聚蔗糖-泛影葡胺淋巴细胞分层液。
所述抗凝剂为EDTA盐、肝素盐、柠檬酸盐和PBS或Hank′s缓冲液的混合物。
所述原管用玻璃材质或PET材质制作。
本实用新型的积极效果如下:本实用新型将抗凝剂、血液分离胶及单个核细胞分层液预先加入于真空采血管中,简化了临床或实验室操作步骤,提高了临床提取单个核细胞的效率,为进一步进行的淋巴细胞纯化和转化、激活等试验奠定了基础,提高了临床检验结果的准确性;本实用新型为实验室标本采集统一了标准。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,所述单个核细胞真空血液采集管,由原管1、丁基胶塞2和保护帽3组成,原管1被抽成真空,原管1上贴有标签4,其特征在于:在原管1内预置抗凝剂5、血液分离胶6和单个核细胞分层液7。
所述单个核细胞分层液7为聚蔗糖-泛影葡胺淋巴细胞分层液。
所述抗凝剂5为EDTA盐、肝素盐、柠檬酸盐和PBS或Hank′s缓冲液的混合物。
所述原管1用玻璃材质或PET材质制作。
使用时,首先采集外周血,抽血后离心,由于红血球10、血液分离胶6、血浆混合物9和单个核细胞8比重不同,所以离心后红血球10在最下端,由下而上分别为血液分离胶6、单个核细胞8和血浆混合物9(见图2)。单个核细胞8呈白色云雾状,临床应用时提取即可。此种采血管的出现可将现有提取单个核细胞的三个步骤合并为一步,这样既减少了临床配置试剂和现场加入的繁琐步骤,又可以提高临床提取单个核细胞的效率及提高检验结果的准确性。

1.一种单个核细胞真空血液采集管,由原管、丁基胶塞和保护帽组成,原管被抽成真空,原管上设有标签,其特征在于:在原管内预置抗凝剂、血液分离胶和单个核细胞分离液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单个核细胞真空血液采集管,其特征在于:所述单个核细胞分层液为聚蔗糖-泛影葡胺淋巴细胞分层液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单个核细胞真空血液采集管,其特征在于:所述原管用玻璃材质或PET材质制作。
