本实用新型涉及一种自润滑轴承材料板,尤其是涉及一种高性能二层复合自润滑轴承材料板。 
背景技术
目前,市场上所销售的自润滑材料大多为三层复合式结构,这种三层复合自润滑材料壁厚很难减少到0.5mm及以下,而且耐磨层薄,缺少弹性;金属丝网增强自润滑材料因没有钢背,缺乏刚性;为了提高其耐磨性,现有的自润滑轴承材料一般都会在耐磨层中添加对环境有害的物质,如铅等重金属元素,并且使用寿命也不是很长;另外这种三层复合自润滑材料质量比较重,振动大,噪音也比较大,对环境有一定的影响。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种壁薄、质量轻、使用寿命长且对环境无污染的高性能二层复合自润滑轴承材料板。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的。
这种高性能二层复合自润滑轴承材料板具有耐磨层,所述耐磨层下方设置有由低碳钢冷轧而成的刚背层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益之处是:这种高性能二层复合自润滑轴承材料板既有三层复合自润滑轴承的刚性,又有金属丝网增强自润滑轴承的柔性;无油润滑或少油润滑,减少使用时的保养;耐磨性能好,摩擦系数小,使用寿命长;耐磨层有适量的弹塑性,提高轴承的承载能力;静动摩擦系数相近,能消除低速下的爬行,从而保证工作精度;振动及噪音小,而且无污染,薄壁结构、质量轻,减小整机体积和重量。

图1所示一种高性能二成复合自润滑轴承材料板,具有由成分比重为40%—97%聚四氟乙烯、0—30%玻璃纤维及3%—30%铁氧化物染料或石墨化合而成的耐磨层1,所述耐磨层1下方设置有由低碳钢冷轧而成的刚背层2;在加工制造二层复合自润滑轴承材料板时,不添加对环保有害的金属铅,通过材料改性技术,提高材料的耐磨性,将钢背层和耐磨层通过轧辊紧密的结合在一起,制成高性能二层复合自润滑轴承材料板。
