背景技术
目前,多晶开方机的管式热交换器无保温防护装置,其表面产生的冷凝水易流入砂浆内,引起砂浆粘度降低,导致硅碇切割质量下降,目前常用的方法是由人工经常性的擦拭,但其效果不佳。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种无需人工擦拭、具有保温功能且不易流入砂浆内的多晶开方机管式热交换器保温装置。 
技术方案:包括多晶开方机管式热交换器,其特征是:在多晶开方机管式热交换器外壁套设保温材料层。 
上述技术方案具体优选是:所述保温材料层为保温棉。
