本发明公开了一种淋防锈油装置，设有上油箱、下油箱、淋油区、淋油管和油泵，先用油泵将防锈油抽到上油箱，零件放在淋油区，用淋油管将防锈油淋到零件表面，多的油自流到下油箱，以此循环，既方便又简单，大大减少了工人劳动工作量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种给产品上防锈油的装置，尤指一种给产品淋防锈油的装置。
背景技术
零件防锈需上防锈油。上防锈油有两种方法：①将零件直接浸到防锈油里；②将防锈油浇到零件表面。传统一般人工淋防锈油，这种加工方式不仅人为因素大，而且效率低，而采用设备淋防锈油虽然效率高，但该些设备一般价格较贵，且结构复杂、操作不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本发明提供了一种淋防锈油装置，该淋防锈油装置在达到给零件上防锈油目的同时，能够有效降低工人工作量，且便于操作。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种淋防锈油装置，设有上油箱和下油箱，所述上油箱位于所述下油箱上方，设有淋油区，所述淋油区位于所述上油箱与所述下油箱之间，所述上油箱连接有淋油管，所述淋油管内的油能够淋至所述淋油区，所述淋油区与所述下油箱相通，所述淋油区的油能够自流至下油箱，所述上油箱与所述下油箱之间连接有回油管，所述回油管上设置有将下油箱的油抽至上油箱的油泵。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的进一步技术方案是：
较佳地，所述淋油区连接有用于将淋油后产品滤油的滤油区。
较佳地，所述上油箱上部设有溢流管，所述溢流管与所述下油箱相通。
较佳地，所述淋油管上安装有阀门。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的淋防锈油装置设有上油箱、下油箱和淋油区，先用油泵将防锈油抽到上油箱，零件放在淋油区，用淋油管将防锈油淋到零件表面，多的油自流到下油箱，以此循环，既方便又简单，大大减少了工人劳动工作量。

实施例：一种淋防锈油装置，设有上油箱1和下油箱2，所述上油箱位于所述下油箱上方，设有淋油区3，所述淋油区位于所述上油箱与所述下油箱之间，所述上油箱连接有淋油管4，所述淋油管内的油能够淋至所述淋油区，所述淋油区与所述下油箱相通，所述淋油区的油能够自流至下油箱，所述上油箱与所述下油箱之间连接有回油管5，所述回油管上设置有将下油箱的油抽至上油箱的油泵6。
所述淋油区连接有用于将淋油后产品滤油的滤油区7。
所述上油箱上部设有溢流管8，所述溢流管与所述下油箱相通。
所述淋油管上安装有阀门9。
本发明的淋防锈油装置并不局限于淋防锈油，其他有类似淋油需求的加工皆可采用本发明的装置。

1.一种淋防锈油装置，其特征在于：设有上油箱(1)和下油箱(2)，所述上油箱位于所述下油箱上方，设有淋油区(3)，所述淋油区位于所述上油箱与所述下油箱之间，所述上油箱连接有淋油管(4)，所述淋油管内的油能够淋至所述淋油区，所述淋油区与所述下油箱相通，所述淋油区的油能够自流至下油箱，所述上油箱与所述下油箱之间连接有回油管(5)，所述回油管上设置有将下油箱的油抽至上油箱的油泵(6)，所述淋油区连接有用于将淋油后产品滤油的滤油区(7)，所述上油箱上部设有溢流管(8)，所述溢流管与所述下油箱相通，所述淋油管上安装有阀门(9)，先用油泵将防锈油抽到上油箱，零件放在淋油区，用淋油管将防锈油淋到零件表面，多的油自流到下油箱，以此循环。
