目前公知的国内电力、矿山等行业中用于金属管道柔性连接，普遍采用管接头连接。其中管接头端接T型钢带截面与所制造的端接的轴向截面相同，虽然该方法制造简单，强度好，但不足之处是浪费大量能源消耗、水电消耗和工序材料消耗，导致成本偏高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服已有技术中存在的不足，提供一种结构简单、制造方便、强度好、生产成本低的T型端接钢带。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种T型端接钢带，其特别之处在于钢带端接焊接面设有α倾角，α角值为22-28°。
所说钢带端接焊接面倾角α值尤以24-26°最好。
一种T型端接钢带的加工工序：
1.轧制钢带——在轧钢机上轧制所需的端接T型钢带料坯，管接头端接T型钢带截面与所制造的端接的轴向截面几何尺寸相同。
2.下料——根据不同管径长度截取相应长度钢带端接坯料。
3.卷制成形——在常温的条件下用辊模把坯料卷制成圆环体，经常规加工修正为成品端接。
本实用新型有益效果：产品成本较低，可有效减少能源消耗、水电消耗和工序材料消耗，同时降低了对环境的污染。
