本实用新型属于减径热轧设备技术领域,主要涉及一种减径热轧钢管轧机的六边形机架。 
背景技术
小直径(76mm以下)无缝钢管在生产、生活等各个领域中的用量都很大。目前国内加热轧制无缝钢管都是在钢管的轧制定径段加芯棒,芯棒通常穿过整个轧机机床,并伸出大约800-1000mm,当钢管的直径、内孔太小时,受芯棒强度的制约,使得加芯棒加热轧制小直径无缝钢管成为不可能,所以目前国内热轧无缝钢管都是轧制大直径(76mm以上)的无缝钢管,小直径无缝钢管的生产主要由冷轧而成,现有技术中冷轧小直径无缝钢管的机架一般采用正三角形结构,正三角形加工时很难找正,加工难度大,受力集中,易变形。 
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提出一种减径热轧钢管轧机的六边形机架,为热轧轧制小直径钢管的轧辊提供可靠支撑。 
本实用新型为完成上述发明目的采用的技术方案是:一种减径热轧钢管轧机的六边形机架,所述的六边形机架的三个120度分布的工作面用于设置轧辊调整机构,所述六边形机架具有正六边形的内腔,用以通过轧辊调整机构设置三个轧辊,所述正六边形机架的一个面固定在地面上。 
本实用新型提出的一种减径热轧钢管轧机的六边形机架,六边形 机架的三个工作面用于设置轧辊调整机构,并通过轧辊调整机构将三个轧辊设置在六边形机架的内腔中,便于三个轧辊的准确定位;六边形机架趋向于圆形,应力分布较好,变形应力不会集中到过渡圆弧,倒角等面积较小处,增加了强度。
