[0005] 本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:ー种阳极导杆自动切割设备,其特征在于:它包括底座,底座上通过支架固定有导杆固定架和行走轨道,行走轨道上活动连接有移动板,移动板上安装有电气控制箱和切割系统,所述的切割系统包括布置在加工位置两边的电锯电机,每个电机通过皮带轮传动机构连接锯片,电锯电机和锯片均与水平面成45度夹角;其中一边的电锯电机和锯片整体安装在调隙滑盘上,调隙滑盘通过丝杠机构控制两边的锯片之间的间隙;所述的底座上有带动所述的移动板移动的行走电机。

[0009] 本实用新型的有益效果是:1、实现自动操作,仅需要一人独立作业,有效降低劳动强度及生产成本;
[0010] 2、切割面一次成型,減少了修整エ序,且一次可成型两面,原来每天只能切割10 根以下的阳极导杆,使用本实用新型每天可切割30根左右,大大地提高了工作效率;
[0011] 3、原使用便携式电锯每天需更换2片锯片,使用本实用新型半年只需更换2片,降低了材料消耗,节约了生产成本;采用设备连体固定架及碎屑飞溅防护罩,大大提高了操作的安全性和稳定性。

[0020] 如图I、图2、图3、图4所示,ー种阳极导杆自动切割设备,它包括底座12,底座12 上通过支架固定有导杆固定架6和行走轨道9,行走轨道9上活动连接有移动板13,移动板 13上安装有电气控制箱7和切割系统,所述的切割系统包括布置在加工位置两边的电锯电机3,每个电机通过皮带轮传动机构连接锯片4,电锯电机3和锯片4均与水平面成45度夹角;其中一边的电锯电机3和锯片4整体安装在调隙滑盘11上,调隙滑盘11通过丝杠机构控制两边的锯片4之间的间隙;所述的底座12上有带动所述的移动板13移动的行走电机5。

[0022] 如图I、图2所示,所述的移动板13上有冷却水箱2,所述的底座12上有积水槽 10,所述的冷却水箱2上连接水泵电机1,冷却水箱2上有冷却水管通过锯片4附近并连接至积水槽10内,形成水冷系统。
[0023] 如图I、图2、图5所示,所述的行走电机5连接蜗轮减速箱,蜗轮减速箱通过丝杠连接所述的移动板13。
[0024] 本实用新型以行走电机5带动ME斜齿蜗轮减速箱通过丝杠完成电锯自动行走。以与平面成45度角的双头电锯4对导杆两相对平面完成同时切割,一次达到导杆切割面所需角度。以水循环系统达到电锯锯片4的冷却和润滑。以设备连体导杆固定架6对导杆进行固定。以滑道托盘11调整电锯间隙。
[0025] 使用吋,将阳极导杆直立固定在导杆固定架6上,用滑道托盘11调整两电锯间隙至切割点,开动电锯电机3,锯片4沿行走轨道作自动进给运动,自动进行45°双面切割;同时开动水泵电机1,进行冷却润滑水循环。切割完毕,限位开关停止,锯片自动退回至起止位置,转换角度,按同样程序进行另一双面的切割,从而达到维修所要求的尺寸和角度。

1. ー种阳极导杆自动切割设备,其特征在于:它包括底座(12),底座(12)上通过支架固定有导杆固定架(6)和行走轨道(9),行走轨道(9)上活动连接有移动板(13),移动板(13)上安装有电气控制箱(7)和切割系统,所述的切割系统包括布置在加工位置两边的电锯电机(3),每个电机通过皮带轮传动机构连接锯片(4),电锯电机(3)和锯片(4)均与水平面成45度夹角;其中一边的电锯电机(3)和锯片(4)整体安装在调隙滑盘(11)上,调隙滑盘(11)通过丝杠机构控制两边的锯片(4)之间的间隙;所述的底座(12)上有带动所述的移动板(13 )移动的行走电机(5 )。
2.根据权利要求I所述的阳极导杆自动切割设备,其特征在于:所述的每边的电锯电机(3)和锯片(4)外侧有防护罩(8)。
3.根据权利要求I或2所述的阳极导杆自动切割设备,其特征在于:所述的移动板(13)上有冷却水箱(2 ),所述的底座(12 )上有积水槽(10 ),所述的冷却水箱(2 )上连接水泵电机(1),冷却水箱(2)上有冷却水管通过锯片(4)附近并连接至积水槽(10)内,形成水冷系统。
4.根据权利要求I或2所述的阳极导杆自动切割设备,其特征在于:所述的行走电机(5)连接蜗轮减速箱,蜗轮减速箱通过丝杠连接所述的移动板(13)。
