本实用新型涉及一种可控硅动补调节器,属于调节器领域。
背景技术
目前,LBKCS系列无功动补调节器是一种能够对电力并联电容器进行快速投切的电子型无触点功率器件模块,其电气结构主要由大功率反并联晶闸管模块,隔离电路,触发电路,同步电路保护电路及驱动电路组成,并配有控制开关导通或截止的接线端子,控制逻辑电压0V(截止),12V(导通)。同时本调节器的控制电路与控制器的控制信号采用光耦隔离以避免相互干扰。它虽然具有安装简单,维护方便,响应速度快,投切无涌流,工作无噪音,运行稳定可靠,缺相保护等特点,是无功功率动态补偿装置用投切电容器组的理想器件。但由于本产品的散热器是采用传统的长方体散热器,固定在面板上的时候需重新打孔,工序复杂,安装固定困难,散热效果不明显。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可控硅动补调节器,它的散热风扇固定在散热器安装面板时无需打孔,设计更加人性化,安装方便,节省时间,能提高工作效率。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:一种可控硅动补调节器,它包括带有接线端子的控制板、可控硅、带散热片的散热器和散热风扇,控制板和散热器通过铜柱固定连接,可控硅的底部和散热器之间均匀抹有导热硅脂,且可控硅和散热器通过螺钉固定连接,可控硅嵌在控制板的凹槽中,散热风扇固定在散热器的底部,散热器底部周边带有凸形块,散热风扇通过紧固螺栓与凸形块固定连接。
采用了上述技术方案后,它的散热器采用凸形结构,散热风扇固定在散热器安装面板上时,不需要重新打孔,设计更加人性化,安装也得到了方便,节省了时间,提高了工作效率。

如图1~3所示,一种可控硅动补调节器,它包括带有接线端子的控制板1、可控硅2、带散热片的散热器3和散热风扇4,控制板1和散热器3通过铜柱固定连接,可控硅2的底部和散热器3之间均匀抹有导热硅脂,且可控硅2和散热器3通过螺钉固定连接,可控硅2嵌在控制板1的凹槽中,散热风扇4固定在散热器3的底部,散热器3的底部周边带有凸形块3-1,散热风扇4通过紧固螺栓5与凸形块3-1固定连接。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:通过改进散热器3的结构,将散热器3采用凸形结构,底部周边带有凸形块3-1,将四个紧固螺栓5从凸形块3-1中伸入,拧入散热风扇4,并用螺母紧固,无需重新打孔,工序简单,安装方便。
