本实用新型涉及一种电视机后壳制作模具。
背景技术
以往的电视后壳多为塑料材质，但塑料材质的后壳不适用于LED电视，因为LED电视外形超薄、内部空间狭小、对散热要求很高，而塑料材质本身就不利于散热，热量散发不出去会导致塑料后壳变形。再者，有些电视机有越来越多的功能，在后壳上需要安排相应的数据线插口空间。因此需要为LED电视开发一种强度高、散热效果好、变形小及能够为各种数据线插口提供足够空间的后壳。为了制造这样的后壳，即需要开发相应的模具。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是，提供一种LED电视机后壳翻边模具，以克服现有技术存在的没有模具不能生产新型电视机后壳的不足。
为了解决所述的技术问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：副板通过上支腿与上模板连接，上模板通过导柱与下模板连接；在上模板下面连接有凹模、凹垫，在下模板上面连接有凸模和凸芯；在下模板之下连接有内支腿、外支腿。
在LED电视机后壳上设置有散热孔、挂架安装孔、主机与后壳连接孔、L型凹槽和底座安装块等。
后壳的材质为DC53D零锌花镀锌板。
散热孔用于电视机的散热，挂架安装孔用于壁挂式电视机的挂架安装，主机与后壳连接孔用于主机与后壳的连接，L型凹槽用于为各种数据线插口提供足够空间，底座安装块用于电视机放置于台座上时与底座的连接。
本实用新型用于对后壳周边进行翻边。制作时，分别在凹模、凸模、凸芯上制作与后壳的周边翻边尺寸所需要的相应结构形状，把后壳的坯料放置于凹模、凸芯之间进行固定，利用凸模进行冲压翻边操作即可。
本实用新型解决了后壳的翻边工艺操作问题，具有结构简单、操作方便、效率高等优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例：如图2所示意，本实用新型的结构为：副板1通过上支腿2与上模板9连接，上模板9通过导柱4与下模板8连接；在上模板9下面连接有凹模3、凹垫11，在下模板9上面连接有凸模5和凸芯10；在下模板8之下连接有内支腿6、外支腿7。
凹模、凸模采用Gr12或其他模具钢制造，其他零件采用45、或A3钢制造。
