本实用新型涉及一种电视机后壳模具。
背景技术
以往的电视后壳多为塑料材质,但塑料材质的后壳不适用于LED电视,因为LED电视外形超薄、内部空间狭小、对散热要求很高,而塑料材质本身就不利于散热,热量散发不出去会导致塑料后壳变形。再者,有些电视机有越来越多的功能,在后壳上需要安排相应的数据线插口空间。因此需要为LED电视开发一种强度高、散热效果好、变形小及能够为各种数据线插口提供足够空间的后壳。为了制造这样的后壳,即需要开发相应的模具。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种LED电视机后壳拉伸模具,以克服现有技术存在的没有模具不能生产新型电视机后壳的不足。
为了解决所述的技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:在上模板与下模板之间分别设置有凹模、凸模、导柱和凸固,在下模板之下外侧设置有外支腿,在下模板之下中间设置有内支腿。
在凸模与下模板之间设置有压板。
在下模板与顶板之间设置有导柱。
LED电视机后壳结构为:在其上设置有散热孔、挂架安装孔、主机与后壳连接孔、L型凹槽和底座安装块等。
散热孔用于电视机的散热,挂架安装孔用于壁挂式电视机的挂架安装,主机与后壳连接孔用于主机与后壳的连接,L型凹槽用于为各种数据线插口提供足够空间,底座安装块用于电视机放置于台座上时与底座的连接。
本实用新型用于对后壳的挂架安装孔、主机与后壳的连接孔、L型凹槽、底座安装块处进行初步拉伸。在凹模、凸模上制作有与后壳结构所需要的相应形状,把后壳的坯料放置于凹模、凸模之间进行拉伸。
本实用新型解决了后壳的挂架安装孔、主机与后壳的连接孔、L型凹槽、底座安装块处进行初步拉伸问题,具有结构简单、效率高等优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例:在上模板4与下模板10之间分别设置有凹模1、凸模2、导柱5、凸固6,在下模板10之下外侧设置有外支腿8,在下模板10之下中间设置有内支腿9。
在凸模2与下模板10之间设置有压板3。
在下模板10与顶板7之间设置有导柱5。
凸固6的作用是固定凸模2。

1.一种LED电视机后壳拉伸模具,其特征在于:在上模板(4)与下模板(10)之间分别设置有凹模(1)、凸模(2)、导柱(5)和凸固(6),在下模板(10)之下外侧设置有外支腿(8),在下模板(10)之下中间设置有内支腿(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED电视机后壳拉伸模具,其特征在于:在凸模(2)与下模板(10)之间设置有压板(3)。
