技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电视机后壳模具。 
背景技术
以往的电视后壳多为塑料材质,但塑料材质的后壳不适用于LED电视,因为LED电视外形超薄、内部空间狭小、对散热要求很高,而塑料材质本身就不利于散热,热量散发不出去会导致塑料后壳变形。再者,有些电视机有越来越多的功能,在后壳上需要安排相应的数据线插口空间。因此需要为LED电视开发一种强度高、散热效果好、变形小及能够为各种数据线插口提供足够空间的后壳。为了制造这样的后壳,即需要开发相应的模具。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种LED电视机后壳上散热孔冲孔模具,以克服现有技术存在的没有模具不能生产新型电视机后壳的不足。 
为了解决所述的技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:副板通过上支腿与上模板连接,上模板通过导柱与下模板连接;在上模板下面连接冲固,在下模板之上有凹模,在凹模的上面有凸模;在下模板之下有下支腿。 
在下模板与凹模之间设置有凹垫。 
在LED电视机后壳上设置有散热孔、挂架安装孔、主机与后壳连接孔、L型凹槽和底座安装块等;其中上散热孔设置在后壳的上部。 
后壳的材质为DC53D零锌花镀锌板。 
散热孔用于电视机的散热,挂架安装孔用于壁挂式电视机的挂架安装,主机与后壳连接孔用于主机与后壳的连接,L型凹槽用于为各种数据线插口提供足够空间,底座安装块用于电视机放置于台座上时与底座的连接。 
本实用新型用于对后壳的上散热孔进行冲孔。在凹模、凸模上制作有与后壳结构上所述上散热孔需要的相应形状,把后壳的坯料放置于凹模、凸模之间进行冲孔操作。 
本实用新型解决了后壳的上散热孔进行冲孔的问题,具有结构简单、效率高等优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例:如图2所示意,本实用新型的结构为:副板1通过上支腿2与上模板3连接,上模板3通过导柱7与下模板8连接;在上模板3下面连接冲固4,在下模板8之上有凹模6,在凹模6的上面有凸模10;在下模板8之下有下支腿9。 
在下模板8与凹模6之间设置有凹垫5。 
凹模、凸模采用Gr12或其他模具钢制造,其他零件采用45或A3钢制造。

1.一种LED电视机后壳上散热孔冲孔模具,其特征在于:副板(1)通过上支腿(2)与上模板(3)连接,上模板(3)通过导柱(7)与下模板(8)连接;在上模板(3)下面连接冲固(4),在下模板(8)之上有凹模(6),在凹模(6)的上面有凸模(10);在下模板(8)之下有下支腿(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED电视机后壳上散热孔冲孔模具,其特征在于:在下模板(8)与凹模(6)之间设置有凹垫(5)。
