Abstract
LED天花灯，属于半导体照明技术领域，包括PCB板、反光杯、光源驱动器、扩散板、灯圈、卡簧，PCB板上焊接LED灯珠，其特征是，光源驱动器上设有支架，所述反光杯的底部外缘设有凸缘，光源驱动器通过支架与反光杯安装连接，焊接有LED灯珠的PCB板固定于反光杯内的底部，所述的灯圈上设有工艺边和板圈，板圈上设有工具夹和卡簧座，反光杯的底部和扩散板设置在板圈内的工艺边上，反光杯压在扩散板上，灯圈和反光杯通过工具夹与凸缘卡接固定连接，卡簧安装在卡簧座上。本发明结构合理简单、生产制造容易、使用方便，灯圈上的工艺边是由模具形成，便于扩散板的安装，灯圈与反光杯通过工具架固定，有效的提高了安装效率，节能环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯，尤其是LED天花灯，属于半导体照明技术领域。
背景技术
目前国际上的LED照明灯品种繁多，性能参差不齐，其中天花灯大量应用于家庭、办公、商场、学校、医院等场所。LED的来临，改变了传统照明行业的布局，尤其是小巧、轻盈的LED天花灯，更受人们的喜爱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种装配便捷、环保节能、美观且能大幅降低装配、运输、安装、维护等成本的家居照明LED天花灯。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：LED天花灯，包括PCB板、反光杯、光源驱动器、扩散板、灯圈、卡簧，PCB板上焊接LED灯珠，其特征是，光源驱动器上设有支架，所述反光杯的底部外缘设有凸缘，光源驱动器通过支架与反光杯安装连接，焊接有LED灯珠的PCB板固定于反光杯内的底部，所述的灯圈上设有工艺边和板圈，板圈上设有工具夹和卡簧座，反光杯的底部和扩散板设置在板圈内的工艺边上，反光杯压在扩散板上，灯圈和反光杯通过工具夹与凸缘卡接固定连接，卡簧安装在卡簧座上。
所述的PCB板、光源驱动器通过铆钉固定连接。
所述的工艺边采用模具拉伸、冲压开工成型。
本发明结构合理简单、生产制造容易、使用方便，通过本发明，焊接有LED光珠的PCB板和光源驱动器一同固定于反光杯内外，具有高光效、稳定、节能、环保等优点，装配便捷，防眩光效果好。焊接有LED灯珠的PCB板固定于反光杯的底部，直下式发光的效果，其中光是通过扩散板出来，防眩光效果好。光源驱动器通过底部支架与反光杯连接，避免光源驱动器与反光杯直接接触，影响光源驱动器的散热效果。扩散板与反光杯、灯圈固定简单方便，一次成型，提高了安装效率，节能环保。具体来讲，将焊接有LED灯珠的PCB板、反光杯以及光源驱动器通过铆钉固定在一起，既方便组装又牢固；同时，光源驱动器上的支架又可以有效的防止PCB板上的热量传给光源驱动器,增强了散热效果。组装LED天花灯时，扩散板直接放于灯圈底部的工艺边上，再将反光杯直接压在扩散板上，灯圈和反光杯通过工具夹与凸缘卡接固定连接，卡簧安装在卡簧座上，紧紧固定住灯圈和反光杯，一次成型，安装方便，有效的提高了安装效率。灯圈上的工艺边是由模具形成，便于扩散板的安装，灯圈与反光杯通过工具架固定，有效的提高了安装效率，节能环保。
本发明与现有技术相比，其显著优点：
（1）本发明灯圈上放扩散板的工艺边是由模具拉伸、冲压开工成型，区别于通常的铸铝车加工工艺，极大地节约了成本。
（2）本发明灯圈与反光杯的连接是由工具夹一次完成，安装便捷，节能环保。
（3）本发明LED光源驱动器与反光杯通过光源驱动器本身的支架连接，散热效果好。
（4）本发明配以科学合理设计，直下式发光，扩散板有效防眩光，具有高光效、稳定、节能等优点。
（5）本发明LED光源驱动器独特的外观，符合人体工学。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及其附图说明对本发明做进一步的说明。
LED天花灯，包括PCB板3、反光杯2、光源驱动器1、扩散板4、灯圈5、卡簧6，PCB板3上焊接LED灯珠，在光源驱动器1上设置有支架1-1，在反光杯2的底部外缘设置凸缘，光源驱动器1通过支架1-1与反光杯2安装连接，将焊接有LED灯珠的PCB板3固定在反光杯2内的底部，在灯圈5上设置工艺边和板圈，板圈上设有工具夹和卡簧座，反光杯2的底部和扩散板4设置在板圈内的工艺边上，反光杯2压在扩散板4上，灯圈5和反光杯2通过工具夹与凸缘卡接固定连接，卡簧6安装在卡簧座上。本发明中，PCB板3、光源驱动器1通过铆钉固定连接，工艺边采用模具拉伸、冲压开工成型。
Claims (3)
1.LED天花灯，包括PCB板（3）、反光杯（2）、光源驱动器（1）、扩散板（4）、灯圈（5）、卡簧，PCB板（3）上焊接LED灯珠（3-1），其特征是，光源驱动器（1）上设有支架（1-1），所述反光杯的底部外缘设有凸缘，光源驱动器（1）通过支架（1-1）与反光杯（2）安装连接，焊接有LED灯珠（3-1）的PCB板（3）固定于反光杯（2）内的底部，所述的灯圈（5）上设有工艺边和板圈，板圈上设有工具夹和卡簧座，反光杯的底部和扩散板（4）设置在板圈内的工艺边上，反光杯（2）压在扩散板（4）上，灯圈（5）和反光杯（2）通过工具夹与凸缘卡接固定连接，卡簧安装在卡簧座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED天花灯，其特征是，所述的PCB板（3）、光源驱动器（1）通过铆钉固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED天花灯，其特征是，所述的工艺边采用模具拉伸、冲压开工成型。
