背景技术
液压油缸的活塞在反复的运动过程中，可能出现活塞松动，使活塞的密封性降低，减少密封圈和油缸的寿命，所以一般采用双螺母防松。但是这样就加大了活塞与缸底的空间，同样行程下的油缸安装尺寸增加，在油缸的安装尺寸有限的情况下，双螺母活塞防松就捉禁见肘了。

针对上述同类技术问题存在的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种液压油缸活塞防松装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种液压油缸活塞防松装置，包括活塞杆、活塞、双向密封圈、螺母和开口销，其特征在于：活塞杆与活塞配合连接，活塞上套有双向密封圈，活塞与活塞杆通过螺母拧紧，螺母上穿有开口销。
本实用新型的优点是：本装置缩小了活塞与液压缸底的距离，节省了活塞与液压缸底的空间，同时螺母与活塞杆用开口销固定，使螺母不能轴向移动和旋转，从而使活塞防松可靠。

如图1所示，活塞杆1与活塞2配合连接，活塞2上套有双向密封圈3，活塞2与活塞杆1通过螺母4拧紧，螺母4上穿有开口销5。这样就缩短了活塞2与缸底的尺寸，开口销5防止螺母4的轴向移动和转动，同时也固定了活塞2的轴向移动，防止了活塞2的松动。
