本实用新型公开了一种新型隔热条挤压成型系统,包括原料仓、下料段、熔融段、塑化段、牵引机,原料仓与下料段相连接,下料段与熔融段连接,熔融段与塑化段相连接,塑化段与第一分流模通过法兰相连接,第一分流模与第二分流模相连接,第二分流模的出料端与口模的进料端相连接,所述的口模的出料端与定型模相连接,牵引机设置在定型模的出料端旁侧,所述的法兰上设有压力传感器,压力传感器与主控制器相连接,主控制器的输出端与牵引机的电机相连接。采用上述结构,本实用新型具有以下优点:1、提高工作效率;2、隔热条经过初成型、定型成型两道工序,提高了成型精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及隔热条加工技术领域,特别涉及一种新型隔热条挤压成型系统。
背景技术
目前,隔热条的生产中,生产步骤为,原料仓中的隔热条原料依次经过下料段、熔融段、塑化段加工,然后进入挤压成型模具中就行成型,现有的挤压成型模具工作效率低、成型精度差。牵引机拉引隔热条时,容易造成线速过快或者过慢,不好控制,影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种提高生产效率、成型精度的新型隔热条挤压成型系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种新型隔热条挤压成型系统,包括原料仓、下料段、熔融段、塑化段、牵引机,所述的原料仓与下料段相连接,下料段与熔融段连接,熔融段与塑化段相连接,所述的塑化段与第一分流模通过法兰相连接,第一分流模与第二分流模相连接,所述的第二分流模的出料端与口模的进料端相连接,所述的口模的出料端与定型模相连接,所述的牵引机设置在定型模的出料端旁侧,所述的法兰上设有压力传感器,所述的压力传感器与主控制器相连接,所述的主控制器的输出端与牵引机的电机相连接。
所述的牵引机牵引隔热条由塑化段引出,依次穿过第一分流模、第二分流模、口模、定型模。
所述的主控制器根据压力传感器采集的信号,控制牵引机的电机转速。
所述的主控制器采用PLC控制器。
所述的定型模上设有多个定型槽,所述的口模的出料口设有多个与所述定型槽形状相适应的走料槽。
本发明采用上述结构和方法,具有以下优点:1、提高工作效率;2、隔热条经过初成型、定型成型两道工序,提高了成型精度。

具体实施方式
如图1~图2所示一种新型隔热条挤压成型系统,包括原料仓1、下料段2、熔融段3、塑化段4、牵引机5,原料仓1与下料段2相连接,下料段2与熔融段3连接,熔融段3与塑化段4相连接,塑化段4与第一分流模10通过法兰9相连接,第一分流模10与第二分流模6相连接,第二分流模6的出料端与口模7的进料端相连接,口模7的出料端与定型模8相连接,牵引机5设置在定型模8的出料端旁侧,法兰9上设有压力传感器11,压力传感器11与主控制器相连接,主控制器12的输出端与牵引机5的电机13相连接。牵引机5牵引隔热条由塑化段4引出,依次穿过第一分流模10、第二分流模6、口模7、定型模8。
主控制器根据压力传感器11采集的信号,控制牵引机的电机13转速,从而控制隔热条的传送速度,控制了线速,提高生产效率和产品质量。主控制器采用PLC控制器。在熔融段对隔热条就行熔融,在塑化段对隔热条就行塑化。
定型模8上设有多个定型槽,口模7的出料口设有多个与定型槽形状相适应的走料槽。定型槽的形状可根据生产需要而定。
一种新型隔热条挤压成型系统的成型工艺,工艺包括以下步骤:
a)将隔热条原料从原料仓进入下料段,通过牵引机拉引,依次经过熔融段、塑化段加工;
b)加工过的隔热条通过第一分流模、第二分流模,之后穿过口模初成型后,进入定型模定型成型。具体工序为:加工过得隔热条穿过第一分流模、第二分流模,进入口模,由口模的走料槽穿出,完成初成型,然后进入定型模的定型槽中最后定型成型。

1.一种新型隔热条挤压成型系统,包括原料仓(1)、下料段(2)、熔融段(3)、塑化段(4)、牵引机(5),所述的原料仓(1)与下料段(2)相连接,下料段(2)与熔融段(3)连接,熔融段(3)与塑化段(4)相连接,其特征在于:所述的塑化段(4)与第一分流模(10)通过法兰(9)相连接,第一分流模(10)与第二分流模(6)相连接,所述的第二分流模(6)的出料端与口模(7)的进料端相连接,所述的口模(7)的出料端与定型模(8)相连接,所述的牵引机(5)设置在定型模(8)的出料端旁侧,所述的法兰(9)上设有压力传感器(11),所述的压力传感器(11)与主控制器相连接,所述的主控制器(12)的输出端与牵引机(5)的电机(13)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔热条挤压成型系统,其特征在于:所述的牵引机(5)牵引隔热条由塑化段(4)引出,依次穿过第一分流模(10)、第二分流模(6)、口模(7)、定型模(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔热条挤压成型系统,其特征在于:所述的主控制器根据压力传感器(11)采集的信号,控制牵引机的电机(13)转速。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型隔热条挤压成型系统,其特征在于:所述的主控制器采用PLC控制器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型隔热条挤压成型系统,其特征在于:所述的定型模(8)上设有多个定型槽,所述的口模(7)的出料口设有多个与所述定型槽形状相适应的走料槽。
