本实用新型涉及一种新型框架结构工装夹具。
背景技术
大型工件在焊接过程中一般是工人用撬棍将工件强力夹紧来焊接,或者工人用用强力将工件焊缝对接来焊接;大型工件在焊接过程中容易产生变形,在焊缝对接过程中,两个工件之间的间隙过大会造成焊缝过过宽不易焊接,从而增大工人的工作强度,焊接效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够根据压力自动定位的新型框架结构工装夹具。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
新型框架结构工装夹具,包括支架及设置于支架上的液压缸和控制系统,液压缸端部连接有夹紧件,所述液压缸和夹紧件之一上设有压力传感器。
所述压力传感器设于液压缸无杆腔内。
本实用新型中,通过液压缸对工件进行夹紧来焊接,在液压缸和夹紧件之一上设置压力传感器,可以根据焊接需求,通过压力传感器实现自动精确定位,操作方便,可以大大降低工人的劳动强度,焊接效率高。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1所示,新型框架结构工装夹具,包括支架1及设置于支架1上的液压缸3和控制系统2,液压缸3有四台,设置于支架1两侧,液压缸3端部连接有夹紧件5,所述液压缸3上设有压力传感器4,压力传感器4设于液压缸3的无杆腔内。
实施例2:本实施例中,压力传感器4设于加紧件5上,通过根据施加于加紧件5上的力的大小来控制液压缸3的工作,其他同实施例1。
本实用新型中,四组液压阀组分别控制四台液压缸3,从工装的两侧对焊接工件进行夹紧,液压缸3可以实现多个夹装动作:即四缸同时动作,单侧两只油缸同步动作等功能;而且液压缸3还可实现在任何位置的保压,起到对工件的持续夹紧力。焊接时,根据焊接需要来设置压力传感器4,到达设定值时,液压缸自动停止动作,定位精确,焊接效率高。

1.新型框架结构工装夹具,包括支架及设置于支架上的液压缸和控制系统,液压缸端部连接有夹紧件,其特征在于,所述液压缸和夹紧件之一上设有压力传感器。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型框架结构工装夹具,其特征在于,所述压力传感器设于液压缸无杆腔内。
