背景技术
目前,由于方型电池壳底的焊接为闭路式的焊接而不能采用自动的直线式焊接,故均采用大量人工手动方式,该方式受个人技术高低因素影响大,存在质量无保证、一致性差、劳动强度大、工作效率低等缺陷。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供一种自动焊接装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:方型电池壳底自动焊接装置,包括激光焊机、连接支架、工作平台、平台支架及支架导轨;还包括氩弧焊机和电控箱,氩弧焊枪垂直固定在连接支架上,工作平台上设有壳体工装,氩弧焊枪的开断由脚踏开关通过电控箱控制。
本实用新型的有益效果是,焊接质量高,一致性好,大大降低了劳动强度,工作效率显著提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
参见图1,方型电池壳底自动焊接装置,包括激光焊机1、连接支架2、工作平台6、平台支架7及支架导轨11;还包括氩弧焊机10和电控箱9,氩弧焊枪3垂直固定在连接支架2上,工作平台6上设有壳体工装5,氩弧焊枪3的开断由脚踏开关8通过电控箱9控制。
激光焊机1为JHM-1GY-400E型,主要是利用其工作平台;氩弧焊机为WS200型(整套);由电控箱9控制两机同步工作。
先在激光焊机1上设定行程轨迹,将预先点焊待缝焊的方型壳体4倒扣并固定于工作平台6上的壳体工装5中,启动脚踏开关8,输入设定的行程轨迹,由支架导轨11的转动,带动工作平台6在X轴和Y轴方向上按行程轨迹移动,同时氩弧焊枪3开启,并对方型壳体4的相应部位进行缝焊,经过一个闭路行程,支架导轨11停止转动,氩弧焊枪3关断,一个方型壳底4焊接完成。
自动焊接:将电控箱的“手动/自动”转换开关旋转到“自动”档,启动脚踏开关8,工作平台6按照控制程序自动运行,同时氩弧焊机10也开始焊接工作,当设定焊接周期时间结束后,氩弧焊机10停止工作,工作台程序结束,返回至初始点,焊接完成。
补焊操作:将电控箱的“手动/自动”转换开关旋转到“手动”档,按下启动按钮,工作平台6按照控制程序自动运行,氩弧焊机10的运行由点焊按钮控制。当工作台运行将至需要焊接的地方时,按下点焊按钮,氩弧焊机10开始焊接,等补焊点焊接完成后,松开点焊按钮。

1.一种方型电池壳底自动焊接装置,包括激光焊机(1)、连接支架(2)、工作平台(6)、平台支架(7)及支架导轨(11);其特征在于,还包括氩弧焊机(10)和电控箱(9),氩弧焊枪(3)垂直固定在连接支架(2)上,工作平台(6)上设有壳体工装(5),氩弧焊枪(3)的开断由脚踏开关(8)通过电控箱(9)控制。
