本实用新型公开了一种奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备,设备喂料连续稳定,对物料的分散均匀、塑化良好,成品率高。该设备包括有喂料系统、第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置、与第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置高低错位衔接的第二阶挤出装置和模具,其中所述的喂料系统由喂料装置I、喂料装置II和垂直单螺杆强制喂料机组成,喂料装置I和喂料装置II位于第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置双螺杆的开始部位,喂料装置I和喂料装置II通过垂直单螺杆强制喂料机与第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置连接,其中所述的喂料装置I所用料斗带有搅拌,第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置双螺杆中通过组合设有齿形盘,齿形盘分别与反向螺纹套以及反向啮合块连用。

奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种回收利用废旧材料的设备,更具体地说涉及一种奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备。 
背景技术
奶盒(也称利乐包)边角料是近年来国际上比较广泛的新一代污染材料,其主要组成成分为75%优质长纤维纸浆、6~8%铝箔、17~19%PE塑料。其放在自然界中不易腐烂、分解、老化的特点决定着我们一定要对其进行回收利用。 
现在主要回收再利用技术主要有以下几种: 
1.水力再生浆技术:将利乐包中的纸浆分离出来,生产再生纸;而将利乐包中的塑料和铝成分挤压成粒,成为生产塑料制品的很好原料。 
2.直接再利用技术:根据工艺不同又可分为(1)挤出技术:利乐包本身包含优质的纸质纤维、铝和塑料,把它们碾碎挤压,通过模具成型,生产复合材料制品,正是物尽其用,成本低廉。室外园艺设施、工业托盘等等。(2)热压技术:将废弃利乐包直接粉碎、热压处理,制成彩乐板。彩乐板可以制成多种产品,尤其是室内家具、果皮箱,既美观、耐用又成本低廉。 
近年来随着我们生活水平的提高,健康意识的不断增强,对牛奶、果汁等饮料的需求量越来越大,由此产生的废弃利乐包也越来越多。通过专业厂家的处理和加工,废弃利乐包能够生产出再生纸、地板、垃圾桶、乒乓球拍、托盘等一大批生活用品和工业用料,既有益于环保,又能产生良好的经济效益。 
现有的用于利乐包直接回收再利用的挤出设备一般是:使用锥度双螺杆挤出机挤出、加压通过模具成型的制造工艺。这种制造工艺在进行利乐包回收的生产时存在缺点:因为利乐包中含有长纤维和铝箔且利乐包比较薄,使之在前期处理时只能把其破碎成小块状或绒状,造成物料在料斗中架桥、物料不易进入螺槽从而使喂料变得困难,挤出速度不稳定;利乐包的高韧性确定啦从小块状到熔融状态必须经过高混练、高剪切且建立高的压力才能最后保证制品的分散均匀、组织致密、粘结良好,锥双的高倍压建立能力没问题,但其不具备高剪切、高混练功能,制作制品时为保证性能只能靠高被压完成,由于其成型工艺决定啦物料必须较长时间才能熔融彻底,塑料才能对长纤维和铝箔完全包覆从而保证性能,以上因素导致挤出速度较慢(0.1~0.25m/min),效率较低,因此开发一种新的设备势在必行。 
发明内容
本实用新型解决了上述现在技术中存在的不足和问题,提供了一种奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备,可用于利乐包直接回收再利用,该设备喂料连续稳定,剪切、混炼充分,对物料的分散均匀、塑化良好,建压稳定,从而保证挤出稳定且速度快、效率高、制品致密,工艺容易控制,成品率高。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
本实用新型的奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备,包括有喂料系统、第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置、与第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置高低错位衔接的第二阶挤出装置和模具,其中所述的喂料系统由喂料装置I、喂料装置II和垂直单螺杆强制喂料机组成,喂料装置I和喂料装置II位于第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置双螺杆的开始部位,喂料装置I和喂料装置II通过垂直单螺杆强制喂料机与第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置连接,其中所述的喂料装置I所用料斗带有搅拌,第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置双螺杆中通过组合设有齿形盘,齿形盘分别与反向螺纹套以及反向啮合块连用。喂料装置I用于喂利乐包及相关辅料;喂料装置II用于喂塑料,目的是添加一定比例的塑料增加强度和韧性。 
本实用新型的奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备,其进一步的技术方案是所述的喂料装置I中料斗的搅拌为螺旋状,螺旋角为10°到40°之间,且旋转方向为螺旋向上。 
本实用新型的奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备,其再进一步的技术方案是所述的喂料装置I中料斗的搅拌螺旋桨为间断的,每一圈螺旋桨留有10%~40%长度,螺旋桨与料斗壁间距在10mm~30mm之间。 
第二阶挤出装置为锥形双螺杆或单螺杆挤出机,此螺杆只需建压挤出不需要有塑化过程。 
本实用新型具有以下有益效果: 
本实用新型的奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备,其喂料系统可保证下料均匀稳定避免喷料,垂直喂料机构提供了落料口持续下料的能力,同向平行双螺杆挤出机优选的齿形盘与反向螺纹套、啮合块组合使用保证了高剪切、高混练的实现。 
本实用新型的奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备挤出稳定,制品致密,植物纤维分散均匀,产品强度高,产品致密度高;同时能吃进大的软片料和粒状的料或粉料,也适用与其他复合材料和普通木塑料的生产;另外还具有设备占地小、节省人力及能源,工艺条件容易控制、制成品质量高、制造成本的消耗低,加工过程中原料的分散、塑化效果好、制品内部材质均匀,设备使用寿命长等特点。

本实用新型的奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备包括有喂料系统、第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置8、与第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置高低错位衔接的第二阶挤出装置9和模具10,其中所述的喂料系统由喂料装置I 3、喂料装置II 1和垂直单螺杆强制喂料机2组成,喂料装置I 3和喂料装置II 1位于第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置双螺杆的开始部位,喂料装置I 3和喂料装置II 1通过垂直单螺杆强制喂料机2与第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置8连接,其中所述的喂料装置I 3所用料斗带有搅拌,第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置双螺杆中通过组合设有齿形盘,齿形盘分别与反向螺纹套以及反向啮合块连用。喂料装置I 3用于喂利乐包及相关辅料;喂料装置II用于喂塑料,目的是添加一定比例的塑料增加强度和韧性。喂料装置I 3用于喂利乐包料及相关易溶化辅料,把易溶化辅料与利乐包混合使易溶化辅料直接粘附在利乐包上,从源头就解决小料混合不均的问题;喂料装置II 1用于塑料和粒状辅料,目的是使塑料、粒状辅料单独供料避免利乐包料斗内因搅拌造成分层;2个喂料装置同时使用可以均匀进行混合,减少分层。其所述的第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置8中螺纹组合11加齿形盘13,且齿形盘13分别与反向螺纹套12、反向啮合块14连用。 
喂料装置I 3中的料斗5内有垂直搅拌4,垂直搅拌桨15为断开螺旋状,搅拌桨15通过连杆16与搅拌轴连接形成搅拌系统,传动是通过固定在料斗盖17上的减速电机18旋转带动搅拌系统达到搅拌目的。其断开成几部分是为了减少旋转过程中的阻力,因为利乐包为片状或绒状,搅拌时分段搅拌桨避免带动物料成一整体一起转动,螺旋旋转时螺旋桨向上旋转使物料一致处于蓬松状态,保证下料连续稳定从而避免了因螺旋桨向下旋转造成的物料越压越紧的状况。 
本实施例中的技术参数如下: 
第一阶平行同向双螺杆挤出机:螺杆直径63mm、长径比L/D为32、螺纹组合中齿形盘采用双联齿形盘直径62mm,一组与反向啮合块45°/5/36L连用,一组与反响螺纹套48/24L连用。 
喂料装置I中搅拌桨与料斗间距20mm,搅拌桨螺旋角为20°,每个桨叶长度为100mm,螺旋方向为右旋,搅拌旋转为左旋。 
第二阶挤出装置选用单螺杆挤出机。

1.一种奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备,包括有喂料系统、第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置、与第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置高低错位衔接的第二阶挤出装置和模具,其中所述的喂料系统由喂料装置I、喂料装置II和垂直单螺杆强制喂料机组成,喂料装置I和喂料装置II位于第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置双螺杆的开始部位,喂料装置I和喂料装置II通过垂直单螺杆强制喂料机与第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置连接,其特征在于所述的喂料装置I所用料斗带有搅拌,第一阶同向平行双螺杆挤出装置双螺杆中通过组合设有齿形盘,齿形盘分别与反向螺纹套以及反向啮合块连用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备,其特征在于所述的喂料装置I中料斗的搅拌为螺旋状,螺旋角为10°到40°之间,且旋转方向为螺旋向上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的奶盒/利乐包边角料回收生产型材设备,其特征在于所述的喂料装置I中料斗的搅拌螺旋桨为间断的,每一圈螺旋桨留有10%~40%长度,螺旋桨与料斗壁间距在10mm~30mm之间。
