本实用新型公开了一种防止极板干燥掉片的板栅,该板栅包括板栅主体(4),在板栅主体(4)上经极耳(2)连接假极耳(1),其特征在于:在假极耳(1)处向内侧焊接三角状的档角(3),使极耳(2)与三角状挡角(3)之间有一定间隙。本实用新型将干燥棒直接串在极耳与挡角之间的间隙中,避免了干燥时极板掉片的可能,大大减少了极板报废率,节约了成本。

背景技术
铅酸蓄电池已经蓬勃发展了几十年,现在石油价格日益高涨,人类面临着严重的能源危机,作为可以循环使用的铅酸蓄电池,由于性价比高,充放电无记忆效应,铅的可回收利用受到广发消费者的喜爱。
随着蓄电池的发展,现在发展趋势正在朝着降低成本、提高性能的方向迈进,极板生产成本至关重要,极板的废品率直接关系到电池生产成本,过程报废的极板越少,成本越少,电池在市场上的竞争力越明显。极板最重要的组成部分是铅,极板干燥时是将假极耳直接搭在干燥棒上,且需要一定的温度使水分挥发,一般板面温度在70℃-120℃,这样的温度下极板会变软使强度降低,假极耳挂在干燥棒上,由于重力作用,两侧的假极耳向中间内凹,特别是高度比较高的大片负极板,这种情况尤其明显,这样假极耳会从干燥棒上滑落,造成极板松膏、掉膏,从而报废,因干燥而导致报废的极板数量不少,所以直接就增加了电池的生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种防止极板干燥掉片的板栅,
保证极板在干燥过程中两端假极耳不从干燥棒上滑落下来而造成极板报废,降低生产成本。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该板栅包括板栅主体,在板栅主体上经极耳连接假极耳,其特征在于:在假极耳处向内侧焊接三角状的档角,使极耳与三角状挡角之间有一定间隙。
干燥时,将干燥棒从挡角与极耳下方的孔隙串过去,加强干燥棒与极板的连接,避免掉片的可能。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、减少极板在干燥过程中掉片的可能,降低极板生产成本;
2、减少了极板松膏、掉膏的可能性,对极板质量更有保障。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该板栅包括板栅主体4,在板栅主体4上经极耳2连接假极耳1,其特征在于:在假极耳1处向内侧焊接三角状的档角3,使极耳2与三角状挡角3之间有一定间隙。
干燥时,将干燥棒从挡角3与假极耳3下方的孔隙串过去,加强干燥棒与极板的连接,避免掉片的可能。
