本实用新型针对电池组装配后不易散热的问题,提供格栅式动力电池装配模块,包括上模块、结构件、下模块,其特征在于上模块与下模块通过结构件连接在一起。结构件通过螺母固定。上模块与下模块有对应的单体电池形状的凹槽,上模块顶端留有电极口。上模块顶端有一横梁。上模块和下模块通过结构件连接,易于拆装。而且上模块和下模块还可以预留多个固定孔,以利于安装。上模块的横梁可方便搬运。因此本实用新型在加大电池组容量时,可以很好地保证通风散热,从而杜绝散热不畅的安全隐患,具有结构简单,使用方便的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种动力电池装配模块,属于电池组装配技术领域,具体是格栅式动力电池装配模块。
背景技术
众所周知,现在的动力电池要求越来越高,高安全、高容量、高功率等。在追求大容量电池方面,单体电池的容量较小,受电池构造等因素制约,增加单体电池的容量来满足日益增长的容量需求显得越来越困难,这时候最通常的办法就是串联、并联很多个单体电池来达到所需的容量。而在电池充放电过程中,单体电池会发热,而多个电池并联或串联,电池充放电的热量就会很明显,从而有可能引起安全隐患。
已有的电池组装配方式大多在单体电池外面套一层热缩膜,然后将很多的的电池紧密地包在一起。套热缩膜主要为了防止电池短路,也可以保护电池。这样一来,很多的的电池紧密地包在一起造成散热不畅,在电池组实现了大容量的要求以后,安全隐患也随之增加。
发明内容
本实用新型正是针对以上技术问题,提供格栅式动力电池装配模块,在加大电池组容量时,可以很好地保证通风散热,从而杜绝散热不畅的安全隐患。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现:
格栅式动力电池装配模块,包括上模块、结构件、下模块,其特征在于上模块与下模块通过结构件连接在一起。结构件通过螺母固定。上模块与下模块有对应的单体电池形状的凹槽,上模块顶端留有电极口。上模块顶端有一横梁。
本实用新型通过上下对应的上模块和下模块将电池组通过机械压力固定,各单体电池之间留有空隙,可以保证空气流通,有利散热。上模块和下模块通过结构件连接,易于拆装。而且上模块和下模块还可以预留多个固定孔,以利于安装。上模块的横梁可方便搬运。因此本实用新型结构简单,使用方便。

格栅式动力电池装配模块,包括上模块1、下模块2、结构件3,其特征在于上模块1与下模块2通过结构件3连接在一起。结构件3通过螺母固定。上模块1与下模块2有对应的单体电池形状的凹槽,上模块1顶端留有电极口。上模块1顶端有一横梁。
使用时,将单体电池逐格排列到下模块2的凹槽中,装完后再盖上上模块1,用结构件3将上模块1与下模块2固定后就完成一组电池的装配。

3.根据权利要求1所述格栅式动力电池装配模块,其特征在于上模块与下模块有对应的单体电池形状的凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述格栅式动力电池装配模块,其特征在于上模块顶端留有电极口。
5.根据权利要求1所述格栅式动力电池装配模块,其特征在于上模块顶端有一横梁。
