Abstract

一种压缩机传动装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及制冷压缩机的结构改进,尤其涉及一种提高压缩机能效比的压缩机传动装置。 
背景技术
往复式压缩机是通过曲轴、连杆、活塞销将压缩机电机的旋转运动变成活塞的往复运动,压缩机在整个运转过程中有四个运动付,即:曲轴主轴与机架上的轴套孔、曲轴与机架的轴套孔的端面(如图1)、曲轴的曲拐与连杆、连杆与活塞销,四个运动付之间均存在着运动摩擦阻力,因此都会消耗压缩机电机的功率。而在四个运动付中,曲轴和机架上的轴套孔端面的表面由于光洁度较差,其相应的摩擦阻力也最大,严重影响压缩机的能效比。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种减少摩擦且能提高压缩机能效比的压缩机传动装置。 
本实用新型的目的主要是通过下述方案得以实现的:一种压缩机传动装置,包括机架、曲轴、连杆和活塞,所述的曲轴套入机架上的轴套孔中,所述的连杆与活塞相连,在曲轴与机架轴套孔接触的端面上开有凹槽,所述的凹槽内设置有轴承。 
采用本方案后,曲轴与机架轴孔套接触的端面不用再考虑曲轴与机架轴孔套表面的光洁度和冷冻油的粘度。曲轴与机架轴套孔端面之间的直接摩擦改变为曲轴与机架轴套孔端面与轴承滚珠之间的摩擦,由于轴承的光洁度较好,同时可以快速转动,因此在压缩机启动时大大降低启动摩擦阻力,减少电机的功耗,提高了压缩机的能效比。 
作为优选,所述的轴承为平面轴承。由于平面轴承内的滚子精度较高,可 使轴承在很小的空间下可获得高载荷能力和较高的刚度,同时平面轴承适于作滚道面时可省去垫圈,使设计紧凑。 
作为优选,所述的轴承的高度大于凹槽深度。采用此方案,可使曲轴与机架轴套孔端面与轴承滚珠之间充分接触。 
作为优选,所述的凹槽的形状为圆形。 
因此本实用新型具有降低压缩机启动时的摩擦阻力,减少电机功耗,提高压缩机能效比的有益效果。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。 
一种压缩机传动装置,如图1所示,包括机架1、曲轴2、连杆3和活塞4,所述的曲轴2套入机架1上的轴套孔中,所述的连杆3与活塞4相连,在曲轴2与机架轴套孔接触的端面5上开有圆形凹槽6,所述的凹槽6内设置有平面轴承7。平面轴承7的高度大于凹槽6深度。 
曲轴与平面轴承7的上轴承片接触,平面轴承7的下轴承片与装有平面轴承7的凹槽6的底面接触,平面轴承7的上下轴承片(图中未标出)之间用滚珠转动;由于轴承的上下轴承片的光洁度较好,当压缩机启动时,曲轴与机架轴套孔端面之间的直接摩擦改变为曲轴与机架轴套孔端面与轴承滚珠之间的摩擦,因此大大降低摩擦阻力,减少电机的功耗,提高压缩机的能效比。

1.一种压缩机传动装置,包括机架(1)、曲轴(2)、连杆(3)和活塞(4),所述的曲轴(2)套入机架(1)上的轴套孔中,所述的连杆(3)与活塞(4)相连,其特征在于,在曲轴(2)与机架轴套孔接触的端面(5)上开有凹槽(6),所述的凹槽(6)内设置有轴承(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩机传动装置,其特征在于,所述的轴承(7)为平面轴承。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种压缩机传动装置,其特征在于,所述的轴承(7)的高度大于凹槽(6)深度。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种压缩机传动装置,其特征在于,所述的凹槽(6)的形状为圆形。
