背景技术
目前,国内外四轮电动车前桥转向臂均采用铸钢或者钢直接焊接在减震转向轴上,转向臂和车轮固定轴的夹角是不可调的,车型不同,车轮的轮距不同,因此,转向臂的角度也不同,不可以通用,如果需要改变角度,必须要重新制作铸钢模具,或者改变焊接工装,这必然会造成材料和时间的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述技术中存在的四轮电动车前桥转向臂和车轮固定轴的夹角不可调节的缺点,提出一种电动车减震连接机构,它具有可以将转向臂与车轮固定轴进行多角度调节的功能,能根据实际的应用情况及需要来进行角度调节,达到最好的使用效果。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案如下:
电动车减震连接机构,它包括外套管、转向减震轴、车轮固定轴、转向臂、转向臂连接管,转向减震轴设于外套管内,转向减震轴上周向设有若干键槽,车轮固定轴固定在转向减震轴上,转向臂固定在转向臂连接管上,转向臂连接管套设在转向减震轴上,转向臂连接管内壁周向也设有若干键槽,转向减震轴与转向臂连接管之间通过键周向固定,在转向减震轴的端部设有螺纹,转向臂连接管套设在转向减震轴上后通过螺母紧固。
所述的转向减震轴及转向臂连接管上的键槽分别有十二个。
本实用新型的优点是通过螺母松紧可以让转向臂连接管进行转动设置,从而调节转向臂与转向减震轴之间的角度,可以任意角度调节,节省材料、时间、生产成本。

1.电动车减震连接机构,其特征在于:它包括外套管、转向减震轴、车轮固定轴、转向臂、转向臂连接管,转向减震轴设于外套管内,转向减震轴上周向设有若干键槽,车轮固定轴固定在转向减震轴上,转向臂固定在转向臂连接管上,转向臂连接管套设在转向减震轴上,转向臂连接管内壁周向也设有若干键槽,转向减震轴与转向臂连接管之间通过键周向固定,在转向减震轴的端部设有螺纹,转向臂连接管套设在转向减震轴上后通过螺母紧固。
