本实用新型提供了一种IML片材反包边注塑模具，包括成型镶件，成型模仁，带椭圆球缺镶件，滑块（定位IML片材）；所述成型镶件装配于成型模仁中，带椭圆球缺镶件3镶嵌于成型镶件2中。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述IML片材定位采用行位和定位孔同时定位，有效的解决了片材的偏移问题。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述成型镶件成型面设计有另一半椭圆球缺，方便模具合模注塑时与嵌入其中的镶件共同组合成完整空隙降低注塑压力，完成产品注塑。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述成型镶件与带椭圆球缺镶件在合模时会形成一倒三角入水口和适当空隙，此两镶件的配合对产品顺利脱模和降低注塑压力起了关键作用。
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过上述方案，在生产IML片材反包边注塑成型的塑胶产品时，可通过对模具设计的改进来提高产品的成型质量，获得反包边更均匀、附着力更强的塑胶产品。

本实用新型提供的一种IML片材反包边注塑模具，在成型模仁的四周装配有四个滑块，此行位在合模时对IML片材的精确定位起了非常重要作用。
本实用新型提供的一种IML片材反包边注塑模具，在合模时成型镶件2跟嵌入其中镶件3会组合成一倒三角的入水口，此入水口对模具开模产品顺利脱模提供了方便。
