本发明公开了一种洗衣机面板IML反包边工艺,包括以下步骤,PET薄膜下料,根据产品外形将PET薄膜裁切成对应尺寸的PET片材;PET片材印刷,通过丝网印刷机在PET片材上印刷图纹;PET片材热成型,通过热成型机对印刷后的PET片材进行热成型处理;PET片材镶嵌,将热成型后的PET片材印刷面向下定位放入注塑模具的动模腔内;产品注塑,使用两板模对产品进行注塑处理,通过高温高压注塑将PET片材融合在塑胶件表面;开模取出成品;包装,缩短生产周期,减少料头浪费,保证产品质量。

洗衣机面板IML反包边工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗衣机面板IML反包边工艺。 
背景技术
 传统的洗衣机面板IML技术只将装饰薄膜腹到注塑模的前模,在分析面位置均有大小不等的漏边影响产品整体的美观性,革新后的产品将装饰薄膜反包到分型位置的后模区域保证产品零漏边提升产品的整体品质。
如图1所示,目前洗衣机面板IML反包边技术中,产品注塑时通常采用三板模进行注塑处理,传统反包边的弊端:
1.生产周期较长;
2.滑块封胶区域片材表面容易划伤;
3.料头较长废料浪费多;
4.料头较长导致注塑压力损失较大,产品外观比较难保障;
5.模具结构复杂,滑块反复工作位置容易跑披风;
6.模具开发成本较高。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种洗衣机面板IML反包边工艺,缩短生产周期,减少料头浪费,保证产品质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种洗衣机面板IML反包边工艺,包括以下步骤:
     S1:PET薄膜下料,根据产品外形将PET薄膜裁切成对应尺寸的PET片材;
     S2:PET片材印刷,通过丝网印刷机在PET片材上印刷图纹;
     S3:PET片材热成型,通过热成型机对印刷后的PET片材进行热成型处理;
     S4:PET片材镶嵌,将热成型后的PET片材印刷面向下定位放入注塑模具的动模腔内;
     S5:产品注塑,使用两板模对产品进行注塑处理,通过高温高压注塑将PET片材融合在塑胶件表面;
     S6:开模取出成品;
     S7:包装。
进一步改进的是:步骤S3中,烘烤温度为150℃-170℃,烘烤时间为5s-6s,保压时间为6s。
进一步改进的是:步骤S5中,产品注塑步骤为:
(1)、将两板模的动模与定模合模;
(2)、从定模的浇注口浇注树脂;
(3)、保压;
(4)、冷却。
进一步改进的是:保压压力为55MPa-65MPa,保压时间为1.5s-3s。
进一步改进的是:定模冷却温度为15℃,动模冷却温度为20℃,冷却时间为25s。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:革新后反包边的注塑模结构为两板模,采用前模小滑块将反包片材固定,其优势为:
1.注塑周期较传统结构缩短25%;
2.料头重量较传统结构减少39.5%;
3.料头较短注塑压力损失小,产品外观容易保障;
4.模具结构简单,产品良率提升7%;
5.模具开发成本降低12.5%。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图2所示,一种洗衣机面板IML反包边工艺,一种洗衣机面板IML反包边工艺,包括以下步骤:
     S1:PET薄膜下料,根据产品外形将PET薄膜裁切成对应尺寸的PET片材;
     S2:PET片材印刷,通过丝网印刷机在PET片材上印刷图纹;
     S3:PET片材热成型,通过热成型机对印刷后的PET片材进行热成型处理;
     S4:PET片材镶嵌,将热成型后的PET片材印刷面向下定位放入注塑模具的动模腔内;
     S5:产品注塑,使用两板模对产品进行注塑处理,通过高温高压注塑将PET片材融合在塑胶件表面;
     S6:开模取出成品;
     S7:包装。
传统的三板模注塑,在PET片材置入动模腔之前需要将其滑块复位,在注塑后由于其料头较长,还需具有去除料头的步骤,因而增加了工艺步骤,延长了生产周期,且造成料头的浪费,且三板模结构比两板模结构复杂,因此开模成本较高。
本实施例中优化的方案为,步骤S3中,烘烤温度为150℃-170℃,烘烤时间为5s-6s,保压时间为6s。
本实施例中优化的方案为,步骤S5中,产品注塑步骤为:
(1)、将两板模的动模与定模合模;
(2)、从定模的浇注口浇注树脂;
(3)、保压,保压压力为55MPa-65MPa,保压时间为1.5s-3s;
(4)、冷却,定模冷却温度为15℃,动模冷却温度为20℃,冷却时间为25s。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。 

Claims (5)

1.一种洗衣机面板IML反包边工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
     S1:PET薄膜下料,根据产品外形将PET薄膜裁切成对应尺寸的PET片材;
     S2:PET片材印刷,通过丝网印刷机在PET片材上印刷图纹;
     S3:PET片材热成型,通过热成型机对印刷后的PET片材进行热成型处理;
     S4:PET片材镶嵌,将热成型后的PET片材印刷面向下定位放入注塑模具的动模腔内;
     S5:产品注塑,使用两板模对产品进行注塑处理,通过高温高压注塑将PET片材融合在塑胶件表面;
     S6:开模取出成品;
     S7:包装。
2. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机面板IML反包边工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3中,烘烤温度为150℃-170℃,烘烤时间为5s-6s,保压时间为6s。
3. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机面板IML反包边工艺,其特征在于:步骤S5中,产品注塑步骤为:
(1)、将两板模的动模与定模合模;
(2)、从定模的浇注口浇注树脂;
(3)、保压;
(4)、冷却。
4. 如权利要求3所述的洗衣机面板IML反包边工艺,其特征在于:保压压力为55MPa-65MPa,保压时间为1.5s-3s。
5. 如权利要求3所述的洗衣机面板IML反包边工艺,其特征在于:定模冷却温度为15℃,动模冷却温度为20℃,冷却时间为25s。
