本实用新型涉及一种曲拐磨夹具,主要用于固定曲轴偏心轴并对其加工。 
背景技术
在加工偏心轴时,由于加工件为偏心,而一般车床都只能加工同心轴,因此必须采用特定的装夹夹具,传统的方法是在车床上装上四抓卡盘,采用这种卡盘,拆装繁琐,生产效率低、加工精密五金难度高。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构设计合理,结构简单,使用方便,加工效率高的曲拐磨夹具。 
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种曲拐磨夹具,包括壳体、滑动板、连接板、连接柱、导轨、托板、导轨支撑板、盖板、调整板,其特征在于:所述壳体内腔设有滑动板、连接板、连接柱、导轨、托板、导轨支撑板、盖板,导轨支撑板分别固定安装在壳体内腔斜面,导轨安装在导轨支撑板,滑动板安装在导轨上,滑动板与连接板用轴固定连接,连接板与连接柱固定连接,托板与滑动板固定安装,盖板与壳体采用螺栓固定。
