葛根是豆科植物野葛的地下部分，是我国南方很多省区的一种常食蔬菜，其味甘凉可口，可用来煲汤、炒菜、或磨成粉加工后食用。其主要成分是淀粉，此外含有约12%的黄酮类化合物，包括大豆（黄豆）甙，大豆甙元，葛根素等10多种，并含有胡萝卜甙，氨基酸，香豆素等。目前国内尚无大规模加工葛根的专用机械，生产厂家大多是工人手工操作，生产效率低，浪费量大。
发明内容：
为解决现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种倾斜式旋转切片机的转动装置，通过在电机带动的转轴上安装转盘的结构，可以转动带动刀片，快速方便的将葛根切割成想要的尺寸，工作效率高，结构简单，设备成本低，维修方便，为企业创造了经济效益。
