菜刀是最常用的炊具之一，传统的菜刀由刀体、刀刃和刀柄构成，并且只有一面刀刃，因此只适合切普通的菜品，而不适合切土豆丝等丝状菜品，因此不能满足普通家庭成员的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：克服传统菜刀的不足，提供一种适合切丝状菜品的新型菜刀。
为实现上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种新型菜刀，包括刀体、刀刃和刀柄，在刀体底端的一侧设有两片切丝刃，两片切丝刃之间以及切丝刃与刀刃之间相互平行且间距相等，切丝刃通过固定螺栓固定在刀体下部的前后两端。
采用上述技术方案后，本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于本新型菜刀设有两片切丝刃，切丝刃与刀刃之间形成了间距相等的两条切丝缝，因此能快速均匀的切土豆丝等丝状菜品，不但提高了切丝效率，并且切丝刃安装拆卸方便，适合普通家庭成员使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示：一种新型菜刀，包括刀体1、刀刃2和刀柄3，在刀体1底端的一侧设有两片切丝刃4，两片切丝刃4之间以及切丝刃4与刀刃2之间相互平行且间距相等，切丝刃4通过固定螺栓5固定在刀体1下部的前后两端。
在使用本新型菜刀的过程中，如果要切土豆丝等丝状菜品时，用固定螺栓5把切丝刃4紧固在刀体1一侧的下端；如果是切普通的菜品，则把切丝刃4拆卸下来作为一把普通菜刀使用即可。
