下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明：一种姜末加工器：有底盒4，在底盒4上套装有磨姜板1，在磨姜板1上按顺序错开排列有圆形刀孔，且刀孔直径小于1mm为好，在刀孔边上设有齿形刀刃2，在底盒4的一侧边设有手柄3。使用时将磨姜板1套装在底盒4上，就可手持生姜在磨姜板1上面来回滑动，这样就能制作出均匀细腻的姜末，通过底盒4将姜汁很好的收集起来，不会造成浪费，使用完后，只要打开磨姜板1，清洗很方便，既实用又卫生，由于是配套工具，用起来十分方便，特别适合家庭和酒楼等场所使用。
