简易切菜装置还可以如图2所示，包括刀架1、刀片2和把手3。刀架1为长条形，其架上固定有多排竖直且相互平行的刀片2，刀片2倾斜于刀架1长轴方向，成45度角，刀架1两端设有把手3。
