本实用新型涉及一种把蔬菜水果切成条状的果菜切条刀。
背景技术
目前将水果切成条状，使用普通的刀切蔬菜水果，速度慢，也不能大规模的生产，用擦子的缺点是使用长时间后，凸起的孔刃钝了，无法打磨，还容易生锈，切条效果也不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足而提供一种把蔬菜水果切成条状的果菜切条刀。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种果菜切条刀，包括操作平板，其特征在于：所述的操作平板上设置有方形孔，方形孔一侧设置有固定架，固定架上设置有通过螺钉调节高度的刀片。
所述的操作平板底部设置有限位板。
所述的方形孔两侧设置有固定架。
所述的螺钉为四个。
本实用新型技术和现有技术相比，结构简单，工作效率快，能使果蔬切成整齐的条形。

实施例1：如图1所示，一种果菜切条刀，包括操作平板1，其特征在于：所述的操作平板1上设置有方形孔6，方形孔6一侧设置有固定架3，固定架3上设置有通过螺钉4调节高度的刀片2，所述的操作平板1底部设置有限位板5，所述的方形孔6两侧设置有固定架3，所述的螺钉4为四个。
具体实施方式：果菜切条刀放到篮子上，通过限位板5的作用，使果菜切条刀在工作时不会来回晃动，把螺钉4调节好高度后，工作人员带上手套，一个手拿着水果另外一个手在下面接住，先把水果切成片，然后把片状的水果在果菜切条刀上再切一次，切成条状，掉入篮子中。

1.一种果菜切条刀，包括操作平板，其特征在于：所述的操作平板上设置有方形孔，方形孔一侧设置有固定架，固定架上设置有通过螺钉调节高度的刀片。
