日常生活中，人们喜欢将肉类或蔬菜切碎拌成馅来制作各种菜肴或主食。肉糜一般机械化的肉糜机制，而肉糜机无法切碎蔬菜，另外机械破碎往往使肉糜失去韧性和鲜味，所以人们仍习惯首先用菜刀将肉类或蔬菜切成小块然后用菜刀斩碎肉类或蔬菜拌成馅料，这种方法费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供快速制馅刀，利用该制馅刀能快速将肉类或蔬菜碎成馅料，省时省力，减轻劳动量，提高工作效率。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：该制馅刀由手把、连接件、曲形刀片组成，在手把上安装连接件，连接件上设一组方形安装孔，若干个曲形刀片经安装孔通过连接件排列安装在连接件上由螺帽紧固。
根据使用时需要，曲形刀片数量任意地安装在连接件上整体构成制馅刀，利用此刀斩肉类或蔬菜时以一当十，省时费力。
