Abstract
本发明公开了一种斜置式转盘切药机,包括固定套,所述固定套的右部设有圆柱形套,固定套的左部设有圆锥形的限位套,所述圆柱形套内固定有按左低右高状倾斜放置的驱动电机,所述驱动电机的轴位于驱动电机左侧,驱动电机的轴通过联轴器连接有传动轴,所述传动轴的左端连接有旋转式圆盘切刀,所述旋转式圆盘切刀的旋转轴线与传动轴的轴线重合,所述限位套的内壁上卡设有轴承,所述轴承套在传动轴上;所述传动轴的左部固定配合有一个分料滚轮。本发明利用重力作用驱动药材进给,并利用端盖对药材的进给量进行控制,节省了设备使用量,节约了能源。所述中药材的均匀分散由位于粉料滚轮实现。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药饮片加工设备技术领域,具体的说是一种斜置式转盘切药机。
背景技术
中药饮片是中药材经过按中医药理论、中药炮制方法,经过加工炮制后的,可直接用于中医临床的中药。
中药饮片是中国中药产业的三大支柱之一,是中医临床辨证施治必需的传统武器,也是中成药的重要原料,其独特的炮制理论和方法,无不体现着古老中医的精深智慧。随其炮制理论的不断完善和成熟,目前它已成为中医临床防病、治病的重要手段。
中药材、中药饮片并没有绝对的界限,中药饮片包括了部分经产地加工的中药切片(包括切段、块、瓣)。
切片状的中药饮片便于精细化分装,有利于控制药材质量的分装精度,符合现代化加工生产要求,更有利于要用效果的充分发挥。在切割中药材过程中,传统方式中需要人手动拿持和进给,在现代化生产切割过程中,中药材的进给需要外接的装置辅助,提高了设备使用成本,不利于设备后期维护,也提高了设备配合程度的加工要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种斜置式转盘切药机。
本发明解决其技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种斜置式转盘切药机,包括固定套,所述固定套的右部设有圆柱形套,固定套的左部设有圆锥形的限位套,所述圆柱形套内固定有按左低右高状倾斜放置的驱动电机,所述驱动电机的轴位于驱动电机左侧,驱动电机的轴通过联轴器连接有传动轴,所述传动轴的左端连接有旋转式圆盘切刀,所述旋转式圆盘切刀的旋转轴线与传动轴的轴线重合,所述限位套的内壁上卡设有轴承,所述轴承套在传动轴上。所述传动轴的左部固定配合有一个分料滚轮。
所述固定套外围固定有外壳,固定套与外壳之间设有间隙,所述外壳的左端盖有端盖,所述端盖的下部设有沿竖直方向放置的出料口,所述外壳的左端面边缘均匀设有若干转动法兰,所述转动法兰的右端均通过螺纹连接的方式与外壳配合;所述外壳的右端面上侧设有按左高右低的倾斜状态固定的输料板。
所述圆柱形套上通有定位螺栓,所述定位螺栓的内端穿过圆柱形套压在驱动电机上。
使用时,将中药材放在输料板上,中药材通过输料板进入外壳与固定套之间,中药材在倾斜的固定套外表面上,在重力作用下向左下侧集中。在分料滚轮的转动拨动下,中药材从外壳左下侧集中处沿外壳内侧壁向上滚动,最终被分料滚轮均匀挤压在外壳与固定套之间。随着中药材在重力作用下继续向左移动,最终抵在端盖上,并被旋转式圆盘切刀切成片状,从出料口排出。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用重力作用驱动药材进给,并利用端盖对药材的进给量进行控制,节省了设备使用量,节约了能源。所述中药材的均匀分散由位于粉料滚轮实现,防止药材集中,导致旋转式圆盘切刀受力不均,损伤电机,引起设备振动。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和有益效果更加清楚,下面将结合附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的说明,对本发明做进一步说明,以方便技术人员理解。
如图1至图4所示,一种斜置式转盘切药机,包括固定套1,所述固定套1的右部设有圆柱形套2,固定套1的左部设有圆锥形的限位套3,所述圆柱形套2内固定有按左低右高状倾斜放置的驱动电机4,所述驱动电机4的轴位于驱动电机4左侧,驱动电机4的轴通过联轴器连接有传动轴5,所述传动轴5的左端连接有旋转式圆盘切刀6,所述旋转式圆盘切刀6的旋转轴线与传动轴5的轴线重合,所述限位套3的内壁上卡设有轴承,所述轴承套在传动轴5上。所述传动轴5的左部固定配合有一个分料滚轮7。
所述固定套1外围固定有外壳8,固定套1与外壳8之间设有间隙,所述外壳8的左端设有端盖9,所述端盖9的下部设有沿竖直方向放置的出料口10,所述外壳8的左端面边缘均匀设有若干转动法兰11,通过转动法兰11可调节端盖9与外壳8之间的距离,进而调节中药饮片的切割厚度。所述转动法兰11的右端均通过螺纹连接的方式与外壳8配合;所述外壳8的右端面上侧设有按左高右低的倾斜状态固定的输料板12。
所述圆柱形套2上通有定位螺栓13,所述定位螺栓13的内端穿过圆柱形套2压在驱动电机4上。
使用时,将中药材放在输料板12上,中药材通过输料板12进入外壳8与固定套1之间,中药材在倾斜的固定套1外表面上,在重力作用下向左下侧集中。在分料滚轮7的转动拨动下,中药材从外壳8左下侧集中处沿外壳8内侧壁向上滚动,最终被分料滚轮7均匀挤压在外壳8与固定套1之间。随着中药材在重力作用下继续向左移动,最终抵在端盖9上,并被旋转式圆盘切刀6切成片状,从出料口10排出。

1.一种斜置式转盘切药机,包括固定套,其特征在于:所述固定套的右部设有圆柱形套,固定套的左部设有圆锥形的限位套,所述圆柱形套内固定有按左低右高状倾斜放置的驱动电机,所述驱动电机的轴位于驱动电机左侧,驱动电机的轴通过联轴器连接有传动轴,所述传动轴的左端连接有旋转式圆盘切刀,所述旋转式圆盘切刀的旋转轴线与传动轴的轴线重合,所述限位套的内壁上卡设有轴承,所述轴承套在传动轴上;所述传动轴的左部固定配合有一个分料滚轮。
