本实用新型涉及一种标签,尤其涉及一种打印标签。
背景技术
现有技术中,打印标签用于多个领域,例如超市中价格标签等,其一般由热敏打印机将信息打印在标签正面,将标签与基材分离后贴在商品上。由于基材采用硅油层和格拉辛底纸制成,因此在使用过程中,会产生大量的硅油和底纸废弃物,从而浪费资源并污染环境。另外,在基材背面涂布胶水时,通常要通氮气对其进行保护,该方法需使用大量的氮气,导致标签的制造成本高。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型公开了一种低成本、环保节能的无氮气无底纸热敏印刷自粘打印标签。
本实用新型的无氮气无底纸热敏印刷自粘打印标签包括热敏纸、硅油层和胶水,硅油层在热敏纸印刷后的正面,胶水在热敏纸背面。
在优选实施例中,多个打印标签之间通过撕裂线连接。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更清楚的理解本实用新型,下面结合附图描述其具体实施方式。
如图1所示,无氮气无底纸热敏印刷自粘打印标签1包括热敏纸2、硅油层3和胶水4,其中硅油层3在热敏纸2的正面,胶水4在热敏纸2的背面。
无氮气无底纸热敏印刷自粘打印标签1的制造方法为,先在热敏纸2的正面涂布硅油层3,硅油层3可以起到防粘功能。然后,在热敏纸2的背面涂布胶水4。胶水4优选使用UV胶水。更重要的一点是,在涂布胶水时,采用新型技术“无氮气保护法”,也就是在涂布胶水时不通入氮气,从而可以节省制造成本,节能环保。
一般情况下,为了使用方便,最后需将经过上述过程形成的平面热敏纸绕卷,制成卷筒的无底纸热敏印刷自粘打印标签。
其中,热敏纸2的正面优选涂布0.1-4克/平方米的防粘硅油层3,在热敏纸2的背面优选涂布5-40克/平方米的胶水4。
在卷筒的无底纸热敏印刷自粘打印标签中,胶水的一面与热敏纸接触,另一面与涂在热敏纸正面的硅油层接触,从而起到防粘和可分离的效果,从而省去起防粘作用的涂布了硅油层的格拉辛底纸。
制成后,在使用过程中,由于最终需要单张标签贴于物品表面,因此一般要在卷筒的无底纸热敏印刷自粘打印标签的制造过程中,在标签与另一张标签之间加上撕裂线,从而满足最终的单张使用要求。
本实用新型提供的无氮气无底纸热敏印刷自粘打印标签,由于不使用格拉辛底纸,从而完全省去起防粘作用的涂布了硅油层的格拉辛底纸,由此降低成本、环保节能。并且在标签生产过程中,通过在标签的一张与一张之间模切上撕裂线,改变常规的格拉辛底纸不干胶标签一张与一张之间必须有间隔的方式,省去大量的标签间隔的排废损耗,进一步降低成本、环保节能。在涂布胶水时,采用“无氮气保护法”,进一步降低成本。

1.一种无氮气无底纸热敏印刷自粘打印标签,其特征在于,包括热敏纸、硅油层和胶水,所述硅油层在所述热敏纸正面,所述胶水在所述热敏纸背面。
2.如权利要求1所述的无氮气无底纸热敏印刷自粘打印标签,其特征在于,多个所述打印标签之间通过撕裂线连接。
