背景技术
现有的商标在印刷过程中,多数都是采用UV油墨或者是UV硅油进行印刷,UV油墨和UV硅油存在着溶剂挥发大、工艺复杂、费时、能源消耗大等缺点,且印刷出来的商标产品性能不够稳定,时间长后容易模糊,影响产品的性能,因此急需开发一种工艺简单、清洁环保的印刷工艺成为人们关注的焦点。

针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供无底纸热敏商标的印制工艺。
本发明的热敏商标的印制工艺,它的工艺流程为:将防渗透液均匀的涂覆在热敏纸上,在热敏纸的背面和正面进行印刷商标,然后在正面的商标印刷面上均匀涂布硅油,等到商标印刷面干燥后,进行磨切,然后再将磨切后的产品的反面上均匀的涂布一层胶,然后再将产品分切为单个成品。
本发明的有益效果:它能克服现有技术的弊端,工艺简单,制造出来的商标产品性能好,能长时间的保持商标的清晰性、稳定性,且不采用UV油墨和UV硅油作为印刷材料,长期防粘效果好,更加的节能环保,同时它降低了生产成本,适合大范围推广。
